Where do I even begin… From the very first message to the final day, my experience has been nothing short of amazing. Every single part of the journey has been professional, organised and genuinely reassuring.

From my initial contact with Kaan, to Busra (who is honestly just AMAZING — so kind, so helpful and incredibly organised), to Dr Orkun and his entire team — I felt supported and looked after at every stage. The hospital was spotless and modern, the nurses were attentive and caring, and even the hotel staff were fantastic. It truly felt like everything had been carefully planned to make the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.

I had complex revision surgery including breast augmentation, uplift and nipple reduction performed by Dr Orkun, and I am completely overwhelmed by the results. I genuinely didn’t think the outcome I wanted was even possible, but Dr Orkun has exceeded every expectation. His skill and attention to detail are absolutely outstanding, and I couldn’t be happier.

I spent a long time researching and looking for the right clinic in Istanbul, as both my mother and I wanted to undergo surgery and this decision was very important to us. From the very beginning, I felt that we were in the right place. 🥰

On the day of arrival everything was perfectly organized. My mother and I were picked up and driven directly to the clinic, where we had detailed and reassuring consultations. We felt well informed and comfortable throughout the entire process.

During our hospital stay, the nurses took excellent care of us. They were always kind, attentive and helpful, which made us feel safe and supported at all times. After moving to the hotel, a nurse visited us daily to check our condition and make sure everything was healing as expected.

Throughout the entire experience, every single person from Clineca was incredibly kind, supportive, and professional — from the drivers and the Patient Experience Team to the nurses and doctors. All of our questions were always answered with great patience and care. The doctors in particular really helped take away any fear before the surgery and made us feel safe and comfortable.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Clineca to anyone considering surgery in Istanbul. The level of care, professionalism and warmth from the entire team truly made all the difference. 💖🌸

Der Transfer zum Flughafen.Der Check Up vor der Operation war gut organisiert. Das Hotel perfekt, mit grossem abwechslungsreichen Frühstücksbüffet
Mein Chirurg Dr. Engin Selamioglu hatte einen präzisen Blick und erwies grosses Können bei meiner Rhinoplasty.
Das Krankenhaus war auf hohem Niveau mit sehr gutem Pflegepersonal. Eine Krankenschwester kam täglich zur Kontrolle. Alle Medikamente wurden sofort zur Verfügung gestellt.
Meine Betreuerin Büsra möchte ich auch explizit erwähnen, sie war immer erreichbar, gab die Informationen immer weiter und jede aufkommende Frage wurde beantwortet.
Ich kann die Organisation von Clineca, alle Mitarbeiter und Dr. Engin Bestens empfehlen.

Zeer goede ervaring. Heel nauwe contact met contact persoon. Totaal geen zorgen hoeven te maken over hoe alles geregeld wordt. Van A-Z goed geregeld. Totaal geen pijn ervaring gehad van wat ik in gedachten had. Als ik het weer zou moeten over doen zou ik weer voor clineca kiezen.

Hele goede ervaring gehad, zou het iedereen aanraden! Ze zijn erg betrokken tot je herstel.

The organisation was excellent from the pre-surgery check ins and having a contact person to talk to as needed through WhatsApp. It was relaxing to be picked up at the airport and taken to all appointments as necessary and to have a dedicated person assigned to help ensure I understood everything and that my needs were met (Thanks Melih). I found all consultations with the excellent Dr. Orkan to be professional and informative. The procedures for the breast reduction and tummy tuck and 7 days later the upper blasphemy all went well. The hospital room itself was a bit older than I expected but perfectly functional and I appreciated having a single room and being able to stay two nights at a time when I needed quite a bit of assistance. The Hilton Hotel was a lovely place to stay afterwards (the breakfast is amazing) and I appreciated the fact that there was a nursing station directly in the hotel with very capable and attentive on-site nurses that I would visit everyday. I appreciated the photo sessions with before and after pictures as a record of what I had done. The healing has gone very well and I feel pretty normal now 6 months later. I do have a few dog ears in part due to the large amount of tissue removed but this is pretty hard to avoid. I was offered the option to go back and only pay the hospital fees (no surgeon costs) to get these fixed but I have decided that they are not that big a deal. Overall, it was a very positive experience and my husband has now also gone to get a brand new set of teeth which also look great. The price is so much more affordable too than what I could do at home.

Ich hatte am 06.01. meine Rhinoplastik bei Dr. Hakan in der Clineca Klinik in Istanbul und bin rundum zufrieden.Die Beratung war super und sehr professionell. Dr. Hakan vermittelt einen sehr erfahrenen Eindruck, nimmt sich viel Zeit für alle Fragen, berät ausführlich und erklärt alles verständlich und informativ. Dadurch habe ich mich jederzeit sicher und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.Die Klinik ist modern und sehr sauber, alles war hervorragend organisiert. Auch das Hotel war top, besonders das reiche und leckere Frühstück. Ein großes Lob an das gesamte Pflege- und Betreuungspersonal – alle waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar.Ein besonderer Dank geht an meine Betreuerin Ahu Karayel. Sie hat sich sehr gut um mich gekümmert, war ständig erreichbar und konnte alle meine Fragen jederzeit beantworten.Der Transfer war immer pünktlich, zuverlässig und sehr gut organisiert, was den gesamten Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat.
Außerdem möchte ich mich herzlich beim Manager von Clineca bedanken der Herr Çağatay Akarvardar Egal um welches Anliegen es ging, er war immer erreichbar, hat sich Zeit genommen und mich sehr freundlich und professionell aufgenommen. Man fühlt sich dort wirklich ernst genommen und gut betreut.

I had my nose operation in march 2025 by Clineca and im really happy with it. I wanted to wait a while to see what the result would be after a year +- before I would write a recommendation but I am really happy with the result of my nose and im happy that i chose for Clineca! The team is very friendly and helpfull, they respond really quickly to any kind of questions. I came alone for my operation to Turkey and I didnt have a feeling of regret, I even got the feeling they wanted to give me a good feeling because I was alone. It was a 1000% worth of experience and if I would choose for another operation I would choose 99% for Clineca again.

This is my second time at clineca, again they did a great job, the doctor understood me so well i got exactly what I wanted in such a short time. Everything was explained perfectly to me. The team was amazing and they responded my messages very fast.

I underwent a breast augmentation with lifting, liposuction, and lipofilling with Dr. Hasan ALIM, who is truly in a class of his own.
