Rundum zufrieden – absolute Weiterempfehlung
Ich bin rundum zufrieden mit meiner Erfahrung in dieser Klinik und kann sie wirklich von Herzen weiterempfehlen.
Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur Nachsorge habe ich mich jederzeit sehr gut aufgehoben und sicher gefühlt.
Die Vorbereitung auf den Eingriff war professionell und ruhig, alles wurde verständlich erklärt und es wurde auf meine Fragen eingegangen. Während meines Aufenthalts wurde ich liebevoll betreut und rundum versorgt. Gerade in der Zeit nach dem Eingriff, auch bei Schmerzen oder Unsicherheiten, war immer eine feste Ansprechperson für mich da, die erreichbar war und sofort geholfen hat. Das hat mir unglaublich viel Sicherheit gegeben.
Mit dem Ergebnis bin ich sehr glücklich. Dr. Hakan Aktas hat großartige Arbeit geleistet, und auch die Nachsorge war durchgehend zuverlässig und professionell. An der Stelle auch ein großes Danke an die Liebe Ahu. Für mich hat hier einfach alles gestimmt.

Brustvergrößerung und Bruststraffung
Ich hatte knapp vor 2 Wochen eine Bruststraffung und Brustvergrößerung bei Dr Baris Cin.
Ich bin von Anfang bis Ende mit allem sehr zufrieden. Der Transfer kam pünktlich un uns vom Dlughafen abzuholen und der Fahrer war such sehr nett. Im Hotel waren auch die Mitarbeiter sehr nett. Unsere Koordinatorin Büsra hat uns auch sehr herzlich empfangen und mich sehr gut über den gesamten Ablauf informiert und konnte mir sämtliche fragen sehr schnell und souverän sowohl vor Ort als auch per Whatsapp beantworten. Mein Arzt Dr Baris Cin hat uns auch sehr gut über die Operation aufgeklärt und die optimale Implantatgröße für meine Brust ausgewählt. Der Heilungsprozess und die Nachsorge war auch alles top. Es war eine sehr positive Erfahrung für mich ich habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und musste mich wirklich um nichts kümmern. Ich würde die Klinik auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Die Beratung lief sehr schlecht ab
Die Beratung lief sehr schlecht ab. Ich sollte selber vorab Tests machen, bei einem Arzt in meiner Nähe, zum prüfen ob ich geeignete bin und die Narkose vertrage. Sie haben mich dann abgelehnt.
Die kurze Konversation lief ansonsten auch sehr schlecht ab, die Beraterin war sehr unprofessionell und antwortete sehr langsam oder wenn dann nur Sprachnachrichten. Als ich um eine andere Beraterin gebeten habe, sagte sie „ich mache eine Pause, bin nur ein Mensch“ dabei hat sie nur in mehreren Stundenabständen geantwortet.
Im Nachhinein habe ich gesehen, dass vor diesem Unternehmen viel gewarnt wird..

Kamuoyuna yansıtıldığı gibi herhangi bir yüz yüze görüşme gerçekleşmedi ve gerçek anlamda sürdürülebilir bir ilgi veya destek de sağlanmadı. Dışarıdan bakıldığında anlayışlı ve yardımsever bir izlenim veriliyor; ancak gerçekte durum böyle değildi. Orada bulunduğumuz süre boyunca hem organizasyon hem de iletişim açısından çok ciddi aksaklıklar yaşandı.
Sonradan, bize önceden şeffaf bir şekilde aktarılmayan pek çok konuyu öğrendik. Ayrıca, olumsuz deneyimlerin kamuoyuyla paylaşılmaması için baskı kurulmaya çalışıldığı hissine defalarca kapıldım. Ancak buna asla boyun eğmem — sessizlik ya da iyi yorumlar karşılığında bir şeyler vaat edilmesini kabul etmiyorum; ne yeniden kandırılmayı ne de oyalamayı kabul ederim.
Bu değerlendirmeyi, bu kuruma başvurmayı düşünen herkesin önceden bilinçli bir karar verebilmesi için yazıyorum. Genel deneyimim son derece hayal kırıklığı yaratıydı; çok daha fazla dürüstlük, sorumluluk ve profesyonellik beklerdim.

Very professional....
I had my rhinoplasty done at Clineca a week ago. I wanted a natural-looking nose, and I am very happy with the results. Everyone at the clinic was kind and professional. After the surgery, they checked on me every day. The doctor explained everything before, and explained in detail how to take care of my nose during recovery.

My experience with Clineca was very good…
My experience with Clineca was very positive, just as I expected, because in past years other people I know had surgery here as well. The staff is very kind, professional, and well organized. The entire trip, my stay, and the surgery were planned down to the smallest detail. I was looked after by highly qualified and caring staff, especially Melike, Dr. Hakan, and the wonderful nurse Merve. Everything went perfectly, and I hope that in a few months I will see the results I was hoping for. I sincerely thank everyone.

Der erste Kontakt war sehr gut, es war immer jemand erreichbar und offene fragen wurden geklärt.
Die Rhinoplast Op lief soweit reibungslos ab und ich fand das Ergebnis schon direkt nach der Op richtig gut trotz den ganzen Schwellungen, heute sind es 2 wochen her und meine Nase wird immer Schöner.

Nasen OP bei Dr. Orkun
Ich hatte meine OP bei Dr. Orkun und meine Koordinatorin war die Ahu. Ich bin mit dem Ergebnis super zufrieden da der Arzt tatsächlich auf dein Gesicht abgestimmt operiert und dabei auch auf deine Wünsche eingeht. Mit dem übersetzen hat auch alles gut funktioniert nur bekommt ihr nicht direkt fixe Zeiten und es ist alles eher etwas spontan wann euer Gespräch ist etc. Aber für mich zählt am Ende das Ergebnis und das kann sich richtig zeigen lassen.

Service 1A+, an absolutely premium experience in every sense. Clineca team took care of every small detail during the whole process: the preparation, consultations, professional advice, absolute transparency regarding costs, transportation, daily agenda program, arrangements, etc. Ahu was a specially great coordinator since she even offered everything I needed in German. Highly professional team which made me feel safe and in the best hands through all of my experience. I cannot recommend it enough to anyone thinking on having an esthetic surgery. It’s been two weeks since my nose job and I love my results! Doctor Hakan Aktas is the best! Thanks for everything✨🫶🏼

I am overall happy with my result so far, which is the most important thing for me. The hotel was good and the general service was also good, and communication in English was clear.
However, there were some disappointing points. Before the operation, I was promised that I would receive a simulation and see the implants beforehand, but this never happened. This was something I expected and felt was important before undergoing surgery.
The taxi transportation was luxurious and comfortable, which was positive. However, the ride had to be shared with other people, which I did not expect at all especially considering how much we paid for the transport. Another downside was that we were dropped off at the airport very early (5 hours to early). Despite paying a high price for transportation, we were not allowed to choose our own departure time to the airport.
In summary, I am satisfied with my results and the hotel and service, but the lack of pre-operation simulation and the transportation arrangements did not meet my expectations.

The simulation and implant preview process depends on the patient’s medical suitability and the surgeon’s evaluation. In some cases, simulations may not be performed if they are not considered clinically accurate or beneficial for the patient.
Regarding transportation, our airport transfers are at times organized as premium shared services in order to ensure comfort, safety, and timely arrival. Transfer arrangements and early airport drop-offs are planned by taking potential traffic conditions, international flight procedures, and unforeseen delays into consideration.

It was brilliant from start to end. Everything went smoothly and was commutated well from booking - arriving - aftercare and leaving. I am so happy with my nose. Would recommend to anyone. The team are fantastic and can't do enough for you. Hotel was brilliant and staff were really friendly.
