Hello Amber,

Cliradex has joined PRN Vision Group under the new site www.prnvision.com.

One of the advantages is to fix our Subscription and payment system with a more robust and secure system.

All Cliradex customers will have to place a new Subscription in order to have a new account. Once you go through this process, it will be a breeze.

We worked hard to eliminate as many hassles as possible.

A cooling tingling sensation is normal. If it felt more like a sting/burn, please be assured that it goes away after few applications.

• If you're feeling a burning sensation, your skin may be compromised or wounded. Do not use Cliradex. It may sting similar to putting alcohol on a wound. The same is possible if you use Cliradex on already irritated or open skin.
• If you develop symptoms such as itching, swelling, or excessive dryness, this may indicate an allergic reaction/hypersensitivity to T40 (especially if they have a known sensitivity to fragrances).

In any case, you should rinse off and discontinue the use of the product, and consult your physician if any of these symptoms develop.
While our products are natural, safe, and effective, we realize that some people are allergic to essential oils. If you continue to experience a reaction, please discontinue the use of Cliradex. If you aren't happy as a result of using our product, contact us at www.cliradex.com.

Thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback. There are no less expensive options on Amazon. We have the same price on the website and Amazon. It could be another seller with a counterfeit - hence the low sensation.

We’re sorry to hear you had a bad experience with Cliradex. Cliradex is a safe product. We understand your concern and assure you that a cooling tingling sensation is normal. If it felt more like a sting/burn, please be assured that it disappeared after a few applications.

If this is not the case, you might be experiencing something else.
• If you're feeling a burning sensation, your skin may be compromised or wounded. It may sting, similar to putting alcohol on a wound. The same is possible if you use Cliradex on already irritated or open skin. You might have to stop.
• If you develop symptoms such as itching, swelling, or excessive dryness, this may indicate an allergic reaction/hypersensitivity to T40 (especially if they have a known sensitivity to fragrances).

Here are a few tips for using Cliradex if you have sensitive skin:
1) Always test a patch of skin on your arm to see how you will react to the T40, mainly if you've never used tea tree oil.
2) Avoid using Cliradex after bathing (hot shower) as pores may be exfoliated and exposed.
3) Wipe your eyelids and eye area gently while keeping your eyes closed.
4) Avoid getting Cliradex in your eyes.
5) Keep your eyes closed for about 15-30 seconds as the area dries.

We recommend that during the application you:
1) Close your eyes firmly.
2) Gently wipe the foam or towelette across the lid and surrounding eye area without pressing it too hard on the eye or into the corners of the eye.
3) Allow the product to air-dry briefly (15-30 seconds) before opening your eyes.

While our products are natural, safe, and effective, we realize some people are allergic to essential oils. If you continue to experience a reaction, please discontinue using Cliradex.
