Love it!! Removed sky high waterproof mascara with just water only!! None of my makeuo removers do it as good as this, no eyelashes lost either. Definitely recommend

These work so well I bought an additional two sets to take on a long European vacation this year. I even sometimes use one twice before washing.

I love my Makeup Erasers! I find that I have to apply a bit of pressure for optimal results, but I love this sustainable option!

If you are referring to the reusable cosmetic puffs, I am very happy with this item because it will help cut down on the use of cotton balls for applications of astringent. There is only one flaw. On some of the puffs, the edges are hard and scratch delicate areas of facial skin. Otherwise, I love being able to wash them in a washer and dry them in a dryer.

One of my friends at the hospital recommended this and I ordered it thinking that it was just a regular microfiber washcloth, to my surprise it is not I have loved it. I washed it in the washing machine and it does a great job. I recommend it highly.

I was blown away when I saw how well this worked. As an older woman this was a find!! I just bought some for Christmas gifts/stocking stuffers.

This company has no customer service team and fakes that their orders are delivered when they are not. Two times in a row I placed an order with Makeup Eraser. On both occasions, my order said that it was delivered, but I never received it. These incidents happened about a year apart from each other and at different addresses. In both cases, I was home at the time of the "delivery". The packages never arrived. I immediately tried contacting customer service for help. To my surprise, this company has no customer service phone number. Right away, I knew this would be an issue because I needed this problem resolved quickly. Both of these missing packages contained gifts for upcoming events, so time was of the essence. In the first case, I did receive a replacement product, but it arrived nearly 3 weeks after I placed the original order, and I had to buy a different gift for that event.
A year later, my bitterness had faded and I thought I'd give Makeup Eraser another try as I needed another gift for an event. This time, the same exact thing happened to me again. Package marked as delivered but it never shows up. Again, I email customer service. They take more than a week to get back to me and claim that 2 out of my 3 emails "went to their junk folder". From there, it has consistently taken more than 2 days for them to write back to my emails. Now, it has been nearly 2 weeks of back and forth with these emails and I still haven't gotten a replacement product or a refund. Again, this item was a gift for an event, and again, I will be forced to buy something else, spending double the money.
Long story short, I'm NEVER buying from them again. I strongly encourage anyone reading this to do the same.

The original make up eraser was great when I purchased it years ago. Replacing them this time however the new material they are using is totally different and they simply do not work anywhere near as well as the original.
