I bought the three portion Catmate C300 on Amazon after seeing a friends C500.
I was delighted with it, is sturdy and well made. Unfortunately it developed a fault where the motor kept turning the feeder tray constantly.
There was a label inside the feeder for customer service so I gave them call. I got five star service! They had no hesitation in saying they would ship me a replacement.
True to their word, I received my replacement. All is now well.
The feeder has three trays, and comes with a freezer block to keep the wet food fresh all day. It is easy to set up and change the settings. It can also be switched off without having to remove the batteries.
If you need more portions go for the C500 five portion feeder.
An excellent company with fabulous products. Highly recommend.

I installed it regardless so my cat could use it but after a few months of use, another cat figured it could just stroll inside the house through there so I hurried with customer services to get a replacement, that they very kindly provided :)

Excellent customer service
My Closer Pet automatic feeder developed a fault. I contacted their customer services and after a short email exchange they offered to replace it. I was worried it might not still be under warranty as I’d had it almost a year. But they said it was guaranteed for 3 years.

Closer pets offer a 3 year warranty. The power supply for the fountain went faulty after 33 months. Made a phone call, spoke with a very helpful chap (Martin D) who sent me a replacement unit arriving in a couple of days.

My P7000 fish feeder stopped working after less than two years. After a few quick emails to customer service they sent a new unit without any quibbles.

A great reactivity and very helpful staff of the customer service when I experienced an issue with a product. They find a solution in less than 24hours (17 hours to be precise). Every single e-mail received an answer really really quick. My case was treated by Sue who is really professional and helpful, thank you Sue!

My cat fountain developed a fault in the pump after 4 months. Although initially annoyed the company immediately went about resolving the issue and sending out a new pump. From reporting the issue on a Sunday evening, the issue was picked up and resolved by 11am Monday.
The product itself is very good also, and better -by far - than other cat fountains I've tried. This one has 3 tiers of height, a good filter and is very quiet. The fault I feel is a one off. Do the instructed maintenance!
