It helped me tighten up parts of my sales process that I hadn't really noticed before, and I felt much more confident going into interviews.
When I finally got the offer, it took a moment to sink in because I hadn't expected things to come together that quickly.

I wasn't completely sure about joining because it felt like a big investment, and I also wasn't confident I'd be good at sales. The 1-on-1 coaching ended up being the part I found most useful. Whenever I got stuck, we went through my calls and talked about what I could improve. Some interviews still felt uncomfortable and there was plenty I had to work on myself, but over time I became much more comfortable with them. I eventually got hired for the role I had been working toward, which still feels a little strange to say.
