Warning — Misleading & Scam Tactics
I paid an ok amount of money in July 2025 after seeing their ad on Instagram. The clothes I received were NOTHING LIKE the ad or subsequent website images — cheap, poorest quality, completely misrepresented. When I complained, they offered 30% refund which I had no choice but to accept, realising it would have costed almost the same to return to China (and I didn’t trust they’d refund anyway). Still no full refund. Instagram / Meta need to vet sellers like this — save yourself the anxiety and disappointment and avoid ClothesOutdoor.com

Ordered a distressed denium shirt £39, and recived a crap denium jack, they offered me $6 discount to keep it, when I said I wouldn't pay $6 for it, i was told to return it for a full refund, they offer no return slip, and return postage is £36 at my cost, to get the full refund of £39! Theft and fraudulent, is what it is!! I wouldn't have gave them 1 star, just there was no option for no stars...

Further update, still no refund, 20 emails later! It clearly states within their terms and conditions that if an issue arises and is not the customer's fault ie, (receiving the wrong item) there is no cost to the customer! Trust me they will not honour this, deceitful thieves! DON'T waist your money....

Ordered 2 items from this company. On the plus side, the items were the right styles and of decent quality. On the negative side - first, they have a priority shipping with an arrival date of about a week for a few dollars more. Don't count on it, product arrived 2 weeks after that date (shipment tracking was also difficult). Second, one of the items had the right size marked, but its slightly small (and I ordered a size larger to be on the safe side). So if you order, order 2 sizes larger. The other item had no size marking, and was roughly 4 inches smaller around the midsection than the other one, so clearly the wrong size was sent. They've offered a small credit/refund but nowhere near the cost of the wrong item. They are requesting I send it back to them in China, but the shipping will be more than what it cost.

Also, when trying to go to their company store, looks like it all redirects to a different name (Easeroam Online).

This store called Clothesoutdoor.com sells low quality clothing and not the materials they claim, the photos are misleading and seem like another type of material, but it turns out that EVERYTHING they sell is low quality CHINESE.

THE COMPANY AND CLOTHING ARE RUBBISH, I RECEVIVED MY ITEMS BACK IN JUNE, THE ITEMS WERE NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURES THE SIZES WERE INCORRECT THE MATERTIAL WAS CHEAP AND I WAS MORE THAN DISAPPOINTED NEVER THE LESS I SENT BACK THE ITEMS AND HAD TO PAY OVER THE £15 LIMIT I WAS TOLD I COULD PAY TO RETURN THEM BUT THE ITEMS CAME UP TO £26 TO RETURN. THE COMPANY OFFERED ME 15% OFF MY ORDER OF £75 AND SAID I CAN KEEP THE CLOTHES. WHAT A DAMN CHEEK. I SENT BACK THE ITEMS AND UP TO NOW I HAVE NOT RECIEVED NO REFUND AND THEY ARE NOW SAYING THEY ARE NOT EVEN GOING TO REFUND NOTHING TO ME. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR NOTHING YOU WILL BE THROWING YOUR MONEY IN THE BIN

If giving one star was possible I’d leave that instead. Ordered an item that had when it arrived had no resemblance to the image on the website. Was assured the correct item would be sent with a discount code. Guess what? Nope. Wrong item again. Email correspondence ‘assured me of a refund’. I’m still waiting almost 2 months later. Avoid this absolute shambles of a company at ALL costs.

Total Scam! I paid for a leather jacket and they have sent me something else.

Au départ j'ai commandé un pantalon ciré pour motard, en novembre 2024, en février après 25 mails on m'a proposé d'opter pour un autre objet, car rupture de stock. J'ai donc choisi une veste moto laquelle après 25 mails et rappel est arrivée. VESTE MOTO? Cela ressemble plutôt à une serpillière, un costume de Robin des fait par un macrophage. Je dispose d'images à l'appui. Fuyez loin ces fumistes.

1 star only because 0 star is not an option. They boast dispatch within 24hrs. Maybe they do... but from China so a long wait to get your item. If you get your item. I did not. I got an item, just the wrong one. Quality of the wrong item was dreadful. I've contacted customer services but don't hold out much hope of getting a refund or my original order.

Fake products and deceiving advertising. this company is using photos from other websites as if they were of the products they are selling.
DO NOT BUY from them under any circumstances.

Great pictures and easy to make the order!

The style, the site is easy to use and good prices.

Their products are not as advertised, of shoddy quality and they will not process a refund - spend your money elsewhere as this is a scam site.

Just got scammed by them. Absolute polyester garbage, not even close to the pictures.

I love the character of all the product, im a sucker for everything “old Timey” it’s also an easy process navigating through the site
