The product arrived today and was not the same product that was in their advertisement

I JUST WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW I AM STILL WAITING FOR A REFUND FROM THESE PEOPLE IN CHINA ..EVERY ONE OF THE DOZENS OF REPLIES FROM THEM ARE FULL OF LIES AND EXCUSES. THEY REPEATEDLY SENT THE SAME EMAIL SAYING THERE WILL BE A REFUND BUT THIS IS ONGOING SINCE OCTOBER 2024 ... THEY ARE CHEATS. BE WARNED PEOPLE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING

Garbage quality nothing like the pictures. Top was not Cotton and is painted rather than dyed. Jump suit is nothing like picture, poor quality painted denim and poor stitching. RUBBISH! Had to open case with PayPal as there’s been no response.UPDATE was given full refund - thank you.

Nothing has been good with them. They sent me the same article twice instead of 2 different articles I've ordered. When I brought this up to them, they took weeks to answer me back just to tell me that they would give a shitty rebate (like 20%) and wouldn't give me the pants I ordered in the first time. Then I looked up on their site to realize that the pants were sold out and this was why they can't send it. When I brought this up to them, they upped the rebate offered a bit but didn't wanted to get me some item instead of the one i ordered. I finally gave up on them and accepted to settle for their cheap rebate. They tried to duck me up again by using another order to give me less money than they would have been supposed to. Really, it was the shittiest customer experience I ever had.

No compren aqui y eviten comprar en donde utilicen la mensajeria de Imile,Son un fraude estos de clothesoutdoor y la empresa de envios Imile, tienen mi pedido como entregado y no he recibido nada, marqué a atencion a clientes y el que contestó dice que el repartidor hasta tiene evidencia de que lo entregó, que tiene foto del que lo recibió pero que no me la puede mandar porque al corroborar mis datos no coincide la colonia que el tiene con la que yo le doy y que lo tengo que ver con los putos chinos que tampoco resuelven nada, solo se echan la bolita,en fin ya me chingaron el paquete.

I see many similar bits of feedback. The cheap plastic jacket I received is nothing like the leather one shown in advertising.
