I upgraded from another old high end brand to cloud nine, and I couldn’t be happier, the straightener had really advanced features, I loved the sleek finish it gave my hair! I’ll definitely be buying more products in the near future. I loved the free offers, and the hairbrush is actually something I needed for my kind of hair, so it was a great addition!

Fantastic product, great service & excellent communication. I have only bought Cloud Nine straighteners (3 girls & I) for this reason. I think we have had 5 in total over the years.

Recently we had an issue with one and because of the 3 year warranty when you buy direct, my daughter has a new Cloud Nine to replace hers. This is the only Cloud Nine we have ever had to replace under warranty and it was seamless.

I also recently had to replace mine because I dropped it! It was 5+ years old. The service & support was excellent and I am again thrilled with the straightener & are loving the upgrade.

I was really excited to try the Cloud Nine The NEW Original Iron, as I’ve used GHD for years and had always been interested in trying Cloud Nine. I received this as a birthday gift, so I had high hopes for it.

Unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. The iron tends to snag my hair during use, which makes styling uncomfortable. I was also surprised by the overall look and feel of the product, as it seemed less premium than I expected.

Given the brand’s reputation and the price point, I expected better quality and performance. Sadly, it has not met my expectations, and compared with my past experience using GHD, I do not feel this product performs as well.

I had genuinely hoped to love it, but based on my experience, I feel disappointed.

I’m loving my Cloud Nine straighter. I’ve got thick curly hair and could never get it looking great.

I am 79, however a woman that enjoys fashion and an on trend, short and coloured hair style.
This product works exceptionally well in straightening the longer side of my hair in one go and that is without overheating it! My hair is blue on this side and the tongs do not seem to fade this area.
I am in love with the presentation of the styler and the ease of setting it up.
