I’ve been using London Lash Pro products for around 10 years now, and I can honestly say I’m extremely happy with everything they offer. The quality of the products is consistently amazing, which keeps both me and my clients very satisfied.
Delivery has always been reliable and on time. On the rare occasions when I’ve had any issues, their customer service team handled everything quickly and efficiently, which I really appreciate.
Overall, I highly recommend London Lash Pro to anyone in the industry. Great quality, excellent customer service, and consistently happy clients — you really can’t go wrong. ♥️♥️♥️

My favourite lash brand!
I absolutely love all London Lash products! I have used this brand for 5+ years and have never had any issues! Such high quality products for affordable prices! My current favourite products are Mayfair Mink in 0.15,0.07 and 0.05, Sugar Glaze Glue, the pretreatment bundle and the narrow pre-made fans! Every time I shop with London Lash it’s such pleasant experience the staff cannot be more helpful and the website is super easy to navigate. Delivery is always super fast and you can even collect if you are local which is super helpful for forgetful lash artists like myself, who need products the next day! I will never shop anywhere else. This company accommodates for all types of lash artists from beginners to advanced! The product range is so wide that you really don’t need to shop anywhere else!

I’ve been working with London Lash for many years, and I’ve always been impressed with the consistent quality of their products. This is definitely a brand I would recommend to everyone in the industry. My personal favourites are Flexie Glue, the Protein Remover Pads, the Sugar Glaze adhesive, and the new Kensington Collection – all of them perform beautifully and deliver reliable results every time.

Terrible
Terrible! Do not shop with them unless you want to miss out on clients due to them taking 2 weeks to deliver a parcel. They then sent me out a replacement parcel with next day delivery only for me to have to cancel a further 4 clients because once again my parcel has NOT arrived. So far I’ve missed out on £400 worth of clients because I chose to shop with them.

This is absolutely not the level of service we aim to provide. We can see that your original parcel was unfortunately lost in transit, and a replacement was arranged immediately on a next working day service with a different carrier to resolve this as quickly as possible.

Great lashes! The best I have ever used. I love that I can get any curl and love that the lashes are all premium quality. I also like the variety from pre made to single lashes.

Unfortunately
Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this product. I purchased a large number of Easy Fan lashes during a sale, but the quality was extremely poor. Almost all of the lashes came off the strip and were unusable, making them very difficult to work with.
I have been buying from this brand for over a year and a half, which makes this even more disappointing. Sadly, this experience has changed my opinion, and I will not be purchasing from this brand again

Dreadful customer service,
Love the products but I’ve had issues with delivery and I’ve been over charged where by payments have come out twice. I’ve sent about 4 emails now and have been ignored.
**Edit after receiving the below reply… I also contacted them on social media platforms and was ignored. Their below email states they’ve emailed me direct after reviewing this review…. They have not emailed me!

As mentioned previously, we investigated this matter carefully and can confirm that no duplicate charges were taken by us. In some cases, banks may temporarily place an authorisation hold when a transaction is processed. This can appear as an additional pending charge but is not collected by the merchant and is typically released automatically by the bank after a short period.
We also attempted to contact you several times following your review, including via email and WhatsApp, but unfortunately did not receive a response. Without being able to connect with you directly, we have been unable to investigate your delivery concerns further or provide the support we always aim to offer.
Providing excellent customer service is extremely important to us, and we always do our best to support and resolve any issues our customers may experience.
If you are still happy to do so, we would really appreciate you getting back in touch via any of the channels we previously used so that we can look into this further for you.
