Worn out equipment and bad customer assitance.

When in Anaheim I rented a heavy duty scooter and they brought a regular duty scooter that was damaged and was not in working order. The right signal was broken along with both armrests. They provided a different scooter and it was okay but ran out of battery about seven hours into our Disney park visit. Contacted the company and was told that they could not enter the park to pick up their scooter and that I would have to push the scooter to the entrance of the park. I informed them that i had just recently had back surgery and that was why I rented the scooter. This was the most awful experience I have had with any rental company. I would not ever rent from them again and would encourage other people to stay away from this company. They contacted me and were supposed to return the call with some kind of discount if possible and they never did. I hope this review reaches Cloud of Goods and that it somehow changes their attitude about customer service.

Wheelchair rental in Ottawa

Wheelchair rental in Ottawa and it was excellent. It was delivered at the beginning of the 2 hour time period that was told to us, which allowed us to start our day in Ottawa early. The wheelchair we received was brand new and it was very comfortable. I couldn't have enjoyed Ottawa without it.

Marcell and his team were magnificent. The overall process from getting the scooter prior to our cruise to getting it returned after the cruise. The team also ensured we had the right size scooter for the cruise. Thanks again to marcell and team.

Disappointing experience not reliable or professional

I wouldn’t really recommend this service. It seems more like a platform that just connects you with random local providers rather than a proper company that takes responsibility.

No real customer service – on the first day they simply didn’t show up at the scheduled time. I tried calling, only got an automated message.

I ordered 2 batteries (a spare one, paid extra for it). The delivery guy said the single battery they provided was “larger capacity” instead of two. Honestly, I doubt that’s what I actually got.

For the return, they scheduled a pickup in the evening but never came. After many attempts to reach them, the driver only texted via SMS saying he’d come the next morning. We were already leaving the hotel, so he just told us to leave the scooter at the lobby.

Overall, the whole process felt disorganized and unreliable. Quite disappointing. If you’re considering renting, I’d suggest finding a local supplier directly – it’s cheaper and much more trustworthy.

Easy process / Good equipment

I was able to rent my mobility scooter online with ICloud and make one easy payment. They did not require an additional deposit at delivery for possible damages to the equipment. They delivered directly to my resort. Day of departure I was able to drop off equipment to the front desk and ICloud picked up equipment with no problems. Easy process- I will use ICloud in future

“Queen Darling”

What a great bunch of fellows … my trip to Vancouver would not have been possible without the mobility aids needed to get around, the guys were fantastic and the products rented were amazing… I had a lil emergency at one point and they saved the day early the next morning coming to my rescue… I was treated like a queen. I’d deal with this company again for sure, best experience ever ty guys from your Queen Darling lol

Cloud of Goods did a fantastic job. I loved being able to communicate anytime with Betty. Made everything so easy as opposed to apps, etc. I had her number and she had mine and we texted which is my favorite way of communicating anyway. They were johnny-on-the-spot from day one to the day they picked it up. They were right on time with the drop off and the pick up and waited for me. I rented a scooter five months earlier when I went on a cruise for the same length of time with a different company which was very good also but a lot less expensive. This time was Cancun as opposed to Miami for the cruise. I would give them a 5 star on EVERYTHING accept the price. Sorry

Amazing service and experience

Very easy to reserve online, and I got an immediate confirmation from the local provider. He gave me a direct phone number to call, confirmed the drop off and pick up time, and was available by phone in case we had any issues. The mobility scooter was almost brand new, the battery lasted forever going up and down hills in grass, and was light enough for me to load into my van by myself. Pick up and drop off took just a few minutes at my house and the service was impeccable!!

We have no complaints

We have no complaints, we hired a wheelchair and it was delivered to the Oklahoma Airport 17th Sep 2025 by a very friendly gentleman. We returned it to the same very friendly gentleman at the airport 21st September 2025 before we left.

Surprisingly easy; fantastic customer service

While on a long vacation in Daytona Beach, Florida, I decided to try using a mobility scooter for getting around the local area (I have pain and mobility issues). I was skeptical about the rental process, but Cloud of Goods made the whole thing super, super easy. Their pricing was very reasonable, in my opinion, and the delivery and pick up of my scooter was extremely easy and hassle-free. The dropoff and pickup person, Henry, was prompt, professional, friendly, and respectful. He delivered the scooter to my condo entryway in Daytona Beach, FL, all the way from Vero Beach, FL. The scooter arrived fully charged and in clean, very good condition. Henry showed me how to charge the battery and made sure I knew who to contact if anything went wrong with it. There were no surprises, no gimmicks, and no hassles. Great experience all around!!

A scooter delivered as I arrived in Hawaii

A scooter delivered as soon as I arrived in Hawaii, after breaking my foot, was the best help. The trip would have been ruined without being able to get around. And Don Fujiyama the delivery driver had great communication, was friendly and helpful.

Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service! I was in a real bind and needed a wheelchair for an event. It took minutes to order and they dropped it off at the venue just before the wedding was to start. They were really responsive, very communicative and kept in touch about eta. Peter stuck to the delivery time and was in constant contact about his delivery!

Wrong product, no replacement, rude service, left me with their chair

Delivered the wrong chair, tried to convince me it was the correct one, and did not replace it since they apparently did not even have the correct one.

I ordered an ultralight chair that should weigh 65 pounds - they delivered a beast weighing 125 pounds. The chair they delivered is clearly the standard chair listed on their website and not the ultralight I ordered.
They tried to tell me this IS the correct chair, that the listed 65lbs is without the battery, but even without the battery it's 100+ lbs.
I weighed it with a luggage scale since they tried to lie saying it's lighter than it is. I offered to send them pictures of the scale and the chair but they refused and insisted the chair I received is the one I ordered.
I am disabled and cannot lift 125 pounds. The Airbnb I'm in has stairs so I have to carry it.

Customer service was plesant enough but useless - just passed messages along to "their delivery partner"; the delivery partner was rude, short, and uninterested in helping.
According to delivery partner, "this is the only ultralight they currently have available" and they don't have the model I ordered. It seems instead of cancelling my order due to the missing product, they chose to provide the wrong product and try to gaslight me into keeping it.

In the end I had to rent on a one day notice from a different company, and am still waiting on a manager to call me since this happened on the weekend.
Horrible experience. Disabled friends, stay far away from this company.

Edited 5 days later to add:
CoG's chair was not picked up until the end of the booked rental period despite me requesting it to be picked up the same day it was delivered, calling twice daily after that and emailing daily. They would "inform the delivery partner of my request for early pickup" but seemed to be powerless when the delivery partner ghosts me a whole 5 days (!!!) while I have to store their chair in my AirBNB.
CoG customer service is now taking my complaint more seriously and is investigating, but this is after almost a week of being dismissed on their end too.

Edited again, 10 days after:
Customer service has refunded me (as they should), and offered a 100$ voucher for future reservations, which will go unused since I'm not touching this company again. I also live across the ocean and never visit the US more than once every few years, so I won't be back for a long time.
I did request they reimburse me for 82$ which is the markup I paid their Boston competitor to get me a chair when they refused to replace theirs; this request was refused.
AFAIC I got the refund, and no compensation for the full week of storing the chair and calling twice daily I had to do just to get said refund, or for the last minute, more expensive rental I had to make from their competitors. They would claim the voucher is compensation but it's of no value to me, as I have clarified to them.

Easy Rental Process - No extra work on my end

Instead of me having to look up a local mobility store. Cloud of Goods does all the work for me and makes it very easy for us to get a mobility scooter rental when traveling with my mother.

Scooter was supurb

Scooter was delivered to my hotel on time with everything required. Scooter operated superbly. It was able to brake down and loaded onto my rental vehicle which was a SUV. Parts were heavy and difficult to load for someone my advanced age. It would not fit into a typical automobile truck but no problem for SUV. The support team was in constant contact and very accommodating. I would be delighted to rent again in the future.
