I rented a mobility scooter in Los Cabos the scooter was not delivered by personnel of cloud of goods instead last minute I received an email with instructions to pick up the scooter from a local hospital. I was charged almost the double then the local provided Mexico Mobility, then I realized that cloud of goods Outsource items and rentals from third parties locally without giving you the certainty that you will receive a quality Rental.
I stay two weeks and the scooter stop working the second day. I ended up renting another scooter from the other provider paying less than original from cloud of goods and receiving a Quality Rental that I could use during my whole vacation.
I'm still in the process of a dispute for the amount charge from cloud the goods. I returned it the scooter to the outsourced Hospital but I did not receive my refund despite the problem was the faulty scooter.
Never rent from cloud of goods!!!!! Terrible service!!

After my mom had a mishap while out we needed a wheelchair on super short notice to get through the rest of our trip. The company was able to get us a wheelchair within two hours of ordering and were able to accomodate a late pick up time of after 9pm so that we could keep it right until our flight.
Really amazing service and super friendly workers, the delivery driver and coordinator were easy to talk to and super helpful.
I am so grateful to this company for making it possible for my mom to enjoy the rest of our trip.

Canadian customer renting in Canada — NO WHERE in their billing process do they mention that prices are in USD. Quoted $340 which showed up as $485 on our credit card. Would leave 0 stars if I could.

I paid & reserved my scooter early in July to be delivered at my hotel for me to go to Hershey Park.The scooter was delivered on time & picked up early at my request.I'll be using this company in the near future because they were very nice & professional.

The company called me once I arrived at the resort. They stated they will drop off the scooter soon. I had requested that the scooter arrive prior to me arriving, but that was ok.
The scooter worked well during my resort stay. There were no issues with it.
The company called me the night before the end of the rental and told me a person would pick it up at a designated time. The guy was there on time.

They did not deliver anything. Just an e mail saying sorry. Try to call and speak to a person just continuously get busy signal. Sorry is the word for it.

I called from my mom’s hospital room to have a bed delivered. It was easy to arrange and the bed arrived two days later. It was set up for me and worked perfectly. So grateful for the quick help. Also loved the woman who helped me arrange it. I don’t recall her name but she was wonderful.

Needed a basic wheelchair for a few days while on holiday, Cloud of Goods made it SO easy to book and organise delivery and pickup. I found the communication really clear and the delivery friendly and prompt. Highly recommend.

I appreciate the communication and services provided. Their is construction in the area that really pushed out the delivery time but for compensation they extended the scooter an extra day for our stay!
The chair was delivered before requested time and put where we wanted it. The owner called ti check that everything was correct. Will use them again next year.
The ultralight scooter we rented fell apart when it was transported on a cargo carrier between our hotel and Disneyland, a distance of about 2 miles. The throttle lever fell off somewhere during that drive. We spent over 3 hours on the phone trying to get help from the company. Their only offer was to leave the park and meet a driver, who would deliver a different product that we couldn't put on the cargo carrier (to heavy), then do the same thing at the end of the day. Repeat every day. We were offered the chance to cancel the remainder of the contract.
At the end of the day, we took the useless scooter back to the hotel, who graciously agreed to keep it in the lobby for the company to pick up. We rented a scooter from Disney every remaining day. On the drive back to our home state, we again attempted to contact the company about a refund. It took three calls and 2 hours to get any answers.
They refunded me an amount that left me with a charge of $98 for what amounted to half a day's use. The "damage waiver" is non-refundable, even if the damage is caused by defective merchandise. The customer service is terrible, the product was shoddy, and I would never rent from them again.

Initial scooter, battery didn’t charge correctly, but they replaced it immediately after I notified them. Replacement was perfect and I got to enjoy my conference. All communication was via text messages with immediate response, which I appreciate. Yes if the service is this good I would use it again and again. Even left a tip! Well deserved. Thank you.
