Excellent company to rent from. They started texting weeks before my trip making plans. And then the day of the departure sent a picture of where I could pick it up etc. It was a huge help. Excellent customer service. Will definitely be using them again.

Rented a wheelchair in New Orleans. It was dropped off on time and picked up. Communication was excellent. It was on the pricier side but very convenient!

My experience was totally excellent. I rented a scooter while I was visiting Seattle. The scooter was delivered to my hotel and picked up without any complications. The scooter worked well, had no problems and was easy to operate. I wouldn’t hesitate to use these folks again should need rise.

Had a wonderful experience. Needed a transport wheelchair and a walker. Both were delivered to my hotel room prior to an extensive surgery I was having the next day. Used both with no issues and they picked up fright from the lobby. Will use them again.

Perfect experience all around. The equipment was like new and worked perfect. Seamless delivery and pick up.

Overall a great experience! Quick response and co tinuos communication throughout the ordering and use of the equipment. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is that we had to wait an extra half hour than scheduled for the delivery.

Renting a mobility scooter for my aunt who was visiting for a conference was a simple online process. I entered her dates of arrival and departure, her hotel, and the equipment I wanted to use. I was able to pay for it with a credit card. All the fees for the different equipment and accessories were published, so my final fee was not a surprise. They delivered the scooter to the hotel concierge the day before my aunt arrived and sent me the baggage claim. As soon as my aunt arrived, She was able to pick up the scooter and use it. Upon her departure, she left it again with the concierge.

Our family was on vacation when I injured myself. I wasn't able to put much weight on my foot at all. I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to join my family in activities we had planned.
I found your company on line. They had a light weight scooter that could be dismantled and popped into our van very easily! Service was quick, like that very afternoon! Product worked perfectly.
The service was something that you don't see very often anymore. She was kind, helpful, and worked with our schedule to drop off and pick up.

Great service! Made everything so easy. Wheelchair came in great shape except for one sticky wheel that would lock up.

My daughter broke her leg less than a week before a concert we were planning to attend, and the venue did not offer wheelchair rentals. We found Cloud of Goods online and were able to put in a reservation for a basic wheelchair without any hassle. The team that delivered and picked up the wheelchair were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and made the experience great.

I rented a wheelchair for my mom July 2nd for a vacation set up for July 29 - August 2nd. I set it up to have the chair delivered to our AirBnB. Our contact person, Gustavo, called me to check in and ensure the delivery was made according to the schedule I had chosen. Unfortunately we can’t control the airport or the luggage claims department. Due to some mechanical issues, we were waiting over 40 minutes for our luggage’s. Gustavo was very understanding though he had other scheduled deliveries. He assured me he would deliver it as soon as I was at the house.
When he delivered the chair, I inquired about renting an oxygen tank for backup. He was very helpful and informative. I was able to have one delivered the next day. I contacted Gustavo when vacation was coming to an end because I had the incorrect time scheduled for pick up. He made adjustments and picked up both items in time for my family and I to leave our AirBnB as scheduled by house rule.

I will definitely utilize this company again as they (Gustavo) had went above and beyond.

The best rental service in New York City! My wife fell down the stairs and broke her leg. We had so many week-long travel plans when we were in NYC. Thank god we found Cloud of Goods! They delivered a mobility scooter in no time and it was a lifesaver! 10/10 would recommend Cloud of Goods to anyone who wants to rent equipment.

It's like this company doesn't even exist!! No phone number. You CAN NOT talk to ANYONE! They list offices in Richmond Va. yet there isn't one. In my opinion they are a sham shell company looking for suckers on the internet! Beware.

I ordered a transport chair to be delivered to my home for my mom. They texted me saying the one I rented online was not available but they had another one for an extra $15. I went ahead and purchased that. The day we needed the chair, they cancelled on me with no alternatives for finding another transport chair. They also refused to give me the $15 refund.

PLEASE READ: Reserved a scooter in April 2024 for A family vacation in July 2024. Three days before travel they notified me that the scooted that we reserved was not available because they extended the previous rental. Had many conversations with management and they would do "absolutely nothing" but refund me. Continually said they understand my frustration but they would not make this situation right. This company is out of the country India(they publish that their the amazon of rental. So they have no control of their partners in other cities. So if you want to deal with a company like this go ahead. We found our own solution Near Port Angeles. Rented a scooter for $100 dollars for the week v.s. $260. Call for a scooter 20 min from port Angeles 360-681-0111. I dont care what good reviews you read this absolutely should negate all good reviews.

They are using my business name to get customers, they are not based in the US watch out!
