Well, this training said it would turn me into an Oracle Integration Cloud expert, but it actually turned out to be the opposite. There was no depth in the material – nothing was touched on the advanced topics of VBCS integration or DevOps pipelines. The projects that were named as ‘real-world projects’ were only derivatives of the old ones whereas they had no real connection with the actual world. This course has attributed to my inability to crack the first interview of my client, as the subject of performance optimization or tips to debug logs were never raised. Looks like my only way out is to resolutely pay for a certificate that will never be of any help, while the rest of my group are taken on board at different companies because of their choice of study. That shallow knowledge caused me to lose my professional momentum, and I am still not fully recovered to the extent of my failure.

The Oracle Fusion HCM course was a major disappointment right from the beginning. The 'live sessions' were not even real. They were just pre-recorded videos played on Zoom. The instructor was in the dark about the proper explanation of Security Console or Workforce Structures. When I raised my voice, they reasoned the curriculum was 'subject to change.' Why promote a course if the delivery is inconsistent with the promise? Don't waste your cash and search for a superior training provider.

The course material was not up to date—React examples still used class components, and the backend section only touched upon the modern Node.js practices. The final project was a joke and proved to be very unproductive—a to-do app without any connection to reality. I applied for jobs after I finished but was not successful in the technical interviews, because I was not taught debugging or real problem-solving skills during the course. Now I have certificates that are of no use and a gap in my resume.

As a result, I am currently doing a job with low pay as I failed to be certificated - the exam contained themes that were not taught to us. My supervisor questions my qualification, and moreover, I have missed the chances for advancement. This course was a total loss not only in my time but in my carrier as well because it put my professional reputation at stake.

The teacher was so fast in covering subjects such as Oracle Fusion Middleware and VBCS that he didn't even bother with the demos. The final assignment was stated to be a real-life conducting case analysis but we only had two pages of a bad PDF with unclear details. There were no reviews after the hand-in process, and the certificate that was given to them seems unimportant to them as it is not about really learning from it. Furthermore, I am now in a hurry to join another course so that I am fully equipped to meet the needs of my future job.

It felt more like a scam than a training institute. And if you hesitate or decline, they flip — from friendly to rude in seconds.

My phone became a war zone. I had to block one number after another until it finally stopped. Avoid this company. They are not worth the mental toll.

What I got was a sloppy course filled with repetitive slides, no updated content, and a trainer who was clearly disengaged. If you ask questions, they either brush it off or redirect you to a 40-minute pre-recorded video.

Forget placement support — that’s nonexistent. I was told there would be mock interviews and job connections. After finishing the course, I never received a single follow-up. When I reached out, they said I had “missed the placement deadline.” Nobody ever mentioned this during the course!

I feel cheated — not just financially, but in terms of my time and motivation. I’ve had to unlearn what I was taught here because it was outdated or inaccurate. If you’re serious about learning Oracle, don’t waste your potential here.
