Really good experience. Accountant was really responsive and very quick to reply to emails and questions. Went above and beyond to work out answers to slightly complex tax return and was really helpful. Definitely recommend for a fast and reliable service

I just tried this for the first time and the experience was much better than TurboTax.

Software was more intuitive.
Chat was responsive and immediately helpful.
CRA interface went smoothly and seemed immediate.
Fees were much lower than Tax Accountants and TurboTax.

I had an excellent experience working with Pallavi our tax advisor for my tax return filing. She was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the entire process stress-free.

Communication was smooth and timely throughout, and I always felt confident that my taxes were in good hands. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy tax professional.

Was having an issue with emailing my PDF copy of my taxes. Kept saying , Something went wrong try again later.
I messaged in the app what my issue was, received a message back from Tahirah within about 3 minutes. She emailed me the PDF saying she wasn’t sure what went wrong and apologized for the inconvenience.
Love the app and the ease of use.
Can’t say enough how impressed I am with their customer service.

Great alternative to turbo tax for simple filings! I've used cloud tax for the last three years without issue. This year there was a slight issue, but cloudtax representatives were able to solve it quickly with minimal additional input from me, which I appreciate immensely

I have used the service from CloudTax last year and recently. I found it simple and straightforward, with easy to navigate interface. That's the reason I am returning again for filing return for another year.

CloudTax is not user friendly. I generally try a few tax software programs, but these people are doing a bait and switch. Forms were difficult to access, but I managed till I tried a split pension income calculation and then I was notified I have to pay $39 to get this feature. That means it is NOT FREE.

I received excellent help from tax experts at Cloud Tax when I had difficulty with the pension splitting option. The patiently walked me through the exercise for which I am so grateful. I will recommend Cloud Tax to anyone.

I have been filing with Cloudtax from last two years and my experience has been wonderful. Their support team is also very helpful. This time took their Tax expert support to review the return and did help me save taxes. Amazing team and very easy to user portal up to date.

the firm run a very proffessional service ..personal attention..fast response to inqueries
and file returns alwsys on time
i did not think i will get any refunds at all as i
am retired and have no deductions at all
but i got twice a surprise refund from Revenue canada..
fee is very reasonable

highly recommend their services

Doesn't allow for medical deductions or charitable donation deductions. Repeatedly auto-filled duplicate tax slips (e.g. would auto-fill 2 exact same T4 slips, doubling my actual income, with no way to remove the duplicate). Repeatedly glitched on my mailing address, saying it was missing, despite my entering it multiple times (i.e. each time it disappeared & showed up as an "error"). In section to claim BC Renters Tax Credit, would not accept anything but "1" in "number of months [of tenancy]" cell, so had to fill in all information 12 times (i.e. in 12 separate rows) to claim for the year.
Anyway, never could get these things straightened out, so ended up not filing via CloudTax due to all of the
issues noted above. A total waste of time!

They made my experience at ease. They did a great job for me this year. I retired last year it was difficult for me to do my taxes but I made the right decision and went with Cloudtax pro and they stepped up and did a great job.

I highly recommend CloudTax to do your annual revenue Canada personal tax returns. I can't say enough about how easy the CloudTax application is including auto links to all your CRA tax slips. Even better is the caring service from Nim, the owner, and the staff at CloudTax. You can choose to buy extra help and their charge is low and worth every penny. Their review has reduced my tax bill significantly by techniques like income splitting. Being able to rely on CloudTax reduces my anxiety about getting my taxes and my Mom's taxes done!

Had Arani in Clod Tax help me out with a problem I had with E-File for my 2023 Tax Return. Overall they solve the problem and did the electronic return really easy and fast. Highly recommend their service and platform.

Incomplete Software. Doesn't allow for all types of deductions and the UI displays incomplete text renedering parts unusable.

I am a senior and found Cloudtax very easy to use. One of the people at CRA recommended this website after my accountant retired. The website had a lot of videos and cloudtax hosted a webinar for seniors and answered all my questions. Thank you for making it this easy for someone who is not techy.

I've been with cloud tax for 3 years now. I initially switched from wealthsimple because I started a side-gig selling my crafts online and didn't know where to start. I booked an online appointment with a tax expert and she was absolutely amazing, kind and very patient with all my questions.

I also forgot to add some expenses and emailed them back a few months afterwards and they made the change for me. I've had different tax experts the following years after and all of them have been knowledgeable and the whole process was pretty easy and straightforward from my end.
