Do not bother with this app. It does not work, and customer service is terrible or nonexistent. I subscribed for $9.99, and the payment went through, but the app has never worked, not even once. I’ve sent numerous messages to their support team without any response. I think they’re scammers trying to get users to keep upgrading. Beware I strongly suggest finding something else instead.

Scribeberry has been a game-changer for my practice with regard to summarizing clinical data and pulling out themes - tasks I struggle with due to ADHD. It’s like having a second brain and allows me to be more present with clients. That said, I do spend more time reviewing the generated notes than I expected, since transcription sometimes mis-attributes who said what, misses words, or stops during longer sessions - leaving portions of the session untranscribed and missing from the generated note. The support team has been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve run into issues. Overall, it’s a powerful tool that’s improved how I work, even if it isn’t perfect.

It helps save a lot of time since I don't have to type every single thing, and to confirm certain information that I may have missed when listening to the patient. It would be nice if the scribe could learn from edits I make and be a little more customizable, but otherwise it seems very good.

scribeberry has helped me save at least one hour of charting per day. It allows me to fully concentrate on my patients instead of worrying about documenting all of the details and plans. It also helps me write notes for patient’s workplaces, social services applications, and insurance forms/questionnaires.

Scribeberry has built a great AI scribe tool, with effective customization, and a work flow with doctors in mind. The notes are concise, yet effective. After my initial learning curve (as with any new way of doing things), Scribeberry has been consistently saving me time, while improving documentation and helping with timely patient care.

Scribeberry has been so helpful ever since I started practice. It allows me to focus on the patient and listen to what they're saying, rather than typing throughout the encounter. It saves me time when I am writing my letter at the end of the visit, but I do still need to make edits and proof read.

Really excellent medical AI tool for psychiatric practice. I have given it a template and it does an exceptional job for new consult notes now, they require almost no editing.

Scribe saves a ton of time and mental energy. It never hallucinate, which I value. The best feature is the "ask scribeberry" tab, which allows you to input a case or bloodwork and give advice. Very helpful overall

I have tried 5 or 6 AI scribes. The customizability of the notes and letters are not matched by any other AIs
