Professional and prompt service with clean and tidy installation.

from me ordering new patio doors,they were fitted within two weeks.the workmanship was excellent,and the workmen were very courteous.all in all an excellent job.

Our window was sorted out promptly and without any difficulties. Very happy with the service and the attitude of the fitters.

Appointments were scheduled and kept to. Very professional and friendly

Used this company a few times & always been pleased, unfortunately this time the delivery time was very poor, time slot was 11 till 1.00 it was 15.05 with no apology, this meant I had to let someone down. The work carried out was excellent though.

Everyone we interacted with; bookings, payments and fitters; was polite, curtious and efficient. There were a couple of accidental breakages but new panes were ordered and fitted quickly and with no additional charge to us. The teams were careful with our property and cleared up after themselves. We are very happy with the service.

I've ordered many replacement glass in several houses now and I always use Cloudy to clear. They are easy to deal with, organised, efficient and very pleasant people who tidy up after themselves!

They gave me a time slot 1-6, and didnt show up, when i chassed they said they had, i was in all day. Anyway i accepted a new appointment for the following week 9-1, at 1.20 i contacted them and was advised somene would call me back. I later got an SMS saying he is running late and will be with me at 3pm.

Their communication is very CLOUDY and its CLEAR they dont do customer service
