Misleading advertising, they imply they cover South Lakes (Cumbria), yet they will not work in Grange Over Sands. A location in the middle of the region. Bizarre?

Excellent workmanship. Slight difficulty in getting callback when I wanted to make full payment.

Easy to book assessment, and quote given immediately. Fitting arranged within a couple of weeks, and 3 replacement glass windows fitted in less than an hour. Appointments all on time, staff courteous and friendly, and to top it all, a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend!

Great, would use again ++

The man who came to measure the windows took incorrect measurements. On the day of fitting we were told the fitter would be here early morning but I had to ring up at 11.00 to find out where he was. I got through to a central office who could not connect me to the local branch. When the fitter did arrive the window panes didn’t fit. He took further measurements and gave me a new date for fitting.
When it came time to pay, once again it was impossible to connect to the Lancaster branch and it took a further 24 hours to get through to someone to make my payment.

Very smooth and efficient replacement - all done in less than 1 hour - well worth the money!

Once Roger came to measure, the service went very well however prior to this trying to get an initial estimate via the head office was very frustrating.

The windows when they arrived were very good, quickly done without any mess. It did however take over 2 months to get a quote and 8 weeks for the work to be done after we had agreed to go ahead. We weren't in any rush and they do look great now they are done

Roger and Ant provided an excellent service. Roger had replaced a number of windows for me in a previous house so I got in touch when I needed a new double glazed unit at my current property.
