Excellent customer service. I had 1 item missing, called them and they sent it straight away the next day, no issues. Plus they always pack you little extras in your parcel with every order

Love these papers

Love these papers! Cool and sturdy packaging housing perfect to roll tips and papers and the side lock is a great feature. Officially my new favourite.

My first Cloudz

Products wise this was my first time using CloudZ products the papers are great quality, both king size and king size wide are provided in nice packs with filter card. I also ordered some of the prerolls and these guys are so cool if you don’t fancy rolling and the provided straw is perfect for helping to pack. I also treated myself to a Cloudz Riptip collab and I love this and will deffo need to add to my collection.
Onto customer service. Ordered on a Friday received Saturday. Less than 24 hour turn around from order to delivery. Parcel was nicely packed and with some nice little goodies thrown in some extra glass tips a cloudz grinder a tote bag.
Conclusion the only problem being I ordered two full boxes of papers so other than the prerolls and the glass filters I don’t have a need to come back as often as I’d like. Although they do have some other cool stuff.
