I ordered a box of skins and they never


I ordered a box of skins and they never came, I emailed to let them know it never came, I contacted my post office and it was said the package was sent back so I emailed cloudz looking for a refund or a resend out and it’s been nearly a month now and I still haven’t received a package or a refund

Hi Caoimhe,

You ordered papers via royal mail and only paid for standard shipping not express you are in ireland so it wouldn’t have landed next day etc .

The package arrived and you weren’t into collect it it was taken back to your local post office you were kept upto date the full way .

We were waiting on the package coming back to us and refunded you through Shopify which takes 7-10 days but you obviously didn’t want to listen or wait .

Very unprofessional

Never seen such unprofessional behavior from a company, writing hateful comments on my Instagram page for no reason. When confronted, they just continued their hate towards me. I would say save your money and buy from someone else!
