The procedure for booking a skiing holiday is too complicated:
I tried to book a week skiing for me and my partner, sharing a room under the same contract; this was not possible; the booking was done under 2 separate contracts. It had taken 5 phone calls.
For many years my partner and I took all our Club Med holidays together; nevertheless, my partner status is SILVER and mine Turquoise.

Everything was fine with the exception of wanting to add snowboard carriage to my trip hardly an unusual request for a snowboard trip. I was told I would have to do direct with BA

BA website won’t let me add it without a phone call because flight was booked by club med rather than me. Very frustrated!!

It’s better than it’s used to be but it’s still a fairly unpleasant experience to book a holiday with you.
Comparing resorts items still difficult and overall it takes too long.

Don't ever book with these. Don't return calls. Get cut off and they then don't call you back. Email takes 14 days to respond (with a generic reply). Shockingly difficult to deal with and most certainly won't use them again. Always trying to make extra money for situations that don't cost. Never dealt with anyone worse (and spent £15,700)

Having spent ages getting a credit sorted out on my account I tried to book a holiday to use it and the agent I dealt with was not able to do this. She referred it to Customer Service and said they would get back to me. Nobody did so I rang again in order not to lose an option and again the agent was powerless. I paid the balance not covered by the credit but am still awaiting a final confirmation. My experience is that Club Med central admin is nowhere near the standards of service at the clubs themselves.

Process was easy. Choices very good.

I have asked them to review room allocation and prices as they put us 2 rooms both rooms are for a family with two bedrooms each. Our son who is 19 will stay in a room with two bedrooms and pay additional supplement of £800. But all three of us could stay together in a two bedroom room and not pay the supplement. Also Club Med would be able to sell the other room to another family. But system don’t allow!!! Very wrong.

I had a lot of technical difficulties with the site but eventually the booking went through. I would respectfully request that you allow customers from the Republic of Ireland to book via your French site in euro. Ireland is in the EU and uses the euro, so being redirected to the UK site to pay in sterling is not appropriate. Many thanks!

Kat was really helpful - she is an asset to your team. She sent me everything via email and the payment process was very simple.

When I emailed other staff asking about specific activities and kids club programs it would be nice to have a proper reply instead of being directed to the website as that is always the first place people look!

Waited 45 mins on hold ! Then got cut off and they did not ring me back, so had to hold for another 40 minutes ..ive got multiple problems with various things on my booking.. some still not resolved..

• Better customer service
• Improve knowledge of the holiday they sell
• Enormous waiting time to answer their phones
• Acknowledge their mistakes & forthwith reward clients that suffered for their bad service without trying to get out of it with untrue excuses

Politeness and efficiency of your booking agent.

I could not see whether baby club place was available for my dates until right at the end. There was only 1 space left and no space at another hotel I was comparing so luckily I got something. When I came to pay, I could not seem to submit the payment using my card, the button didn't do anything, so I had to go via PayPal which luckily worked before I lost the space. Also I would like to see more photos of the various fitness facilities at Samoens where I have not been before.
