Never received items, no reply to my email scammed me of £45!

Absolute scam! Do not buy from here. I bought a poster on the 28th January, it’s now the 26th of february and still not come

I would strongly advise others to be extremely cautious when purchasing from ClutchPosters.

The website presentation gives the clear impression that you are buying physical posters. The first visuals shown when scrolling depict physical products being opened, which naturally leads you to believe you are ordering printed items. At no point during the checkout process was it clearly or prominently stated that the products were digital downloads only.
After purchase, I discovered that no physical goods would be delivered. I contacted the company multiple times and received no response whatsoever, despite on their website claiming they had a refund policy.
In my experience, this felt misleading and deeply frustrating. The lack of transparency combined with complete non-communication gives the impression of a business model designed to confuse customers rather than serve them properly.
Buyers should read everything extremely carefully before purchasing.

Ordered a poster for a Christmas gift and still hasn't arrived. Emailed to ask for more info and no reply.

Order never received and Clutch posters do not reply to emails

Absolute scam do not use.
No communication but happy to take a financial transaction for items that dont exist.
Emailed numerous times. Wish id read trust pilot reviews first.

Should have read these reviews before using clutch posters. All reviews are accurate.

They don't send anything, no response.
Not even a printable pdf, NOTHING, AVOID it!!

Listing offered A1/A2 sizes etc, strongly implying a physical poster. After payment and asking for tracking reference (a week later) I was told it was digital-only, which was not clearly disclosed on the product page. No download link was supplied. Requested a refund and now being ignored. Now had to open a dispute with the bank

Ordered 2 posters £6.50 a pop….got sent a pdf I can’t even download, no physical poster…tried to contact them multiple times.
Dead site don’t use. Scammer

Bought 4 posters for £20 been nearly 2 weeks and they are yet to show up I'm highly dissatisfied. this is a total scam do not buy from this place

This website buys posters from Etsy creators and sells as his own, just lower quality. I am a victim of this, this customer spent $300 purchasing all my digital posters from a store I owned in 2024, said they were "for a project" when it's just blatant reselling, don't purchase from here.

Bestellt eure Poster wo anders. Ich habe mir ein Poster von Kendrick Lamar bestellt, habe extra die Größe A1 ausgewählt, habe gefühlt den doppelten Preis bezahlt als für die kleinste Größe, und am Ende habe ich eine Dropbox Datei bekommen vom Kendrick Lamar Poster, so auf den "kannst das jetzt über eine externe Firma ausdrucken lassen". Ich habe mir die Retoure Regeln angeguckt und raus kam ich hätte mein Geld nur zurück bekommen wenn ich nicht auf diesem Dropbox Link geklickt hätte.
Also bitte bestellt woanders. 🙏

Super posters, bought and few A3 size and they arrived in good time and very high quality. Currently hanging in my son’s room. Will be recommending to friends!
