From day one when I requested service, there were text messages continuously to inform me of their procedures. I was told to the date and time when the work will begin and finish. I am so pleased with the professionalism.

I have submitted two five star reviews, related to the outstanding service Clutter has provided. This review only applies to the service from the off hours call center.

I made two calls over the weekend. One to schedule a pick, and once to resolve a problem with my debit card. The call to schedule the pick up was nothing short of frustrating. The background noise at the call center and the thick accent of the representative, made what should have been a quick call, into a long, frustrating conversation. Ultimately, the goal of scheduling a pick up was achieved, but in comparison to the efficiency of the local team, the offshore call center is the epitome of inefficiency and frustration for me. The second call was early this morning. I could write a novel on how bad that experience was. Rather than continue beating my head against the wall, I waited until business hours and reached a local representative. The local office immediately handled each and every question and concern, quickly and efficiently. She had me taken care of in no time at all.

Frankly, I will never call during off hours again! I believe that your customers would rather have the phone answered by a recording to call back during regular business hours than to be put through the hell of Clutter’s chosen call center. Based on my experience you have a fantastic service. Your call center on the other hand, has great potential to cost you customers.

Every step of the process is thoughtout with the customer in mind. From the virtual walk through and estimate to the day of move itself, everything felt easy, honest, and efficient. I will continue to recommend!

My team was great! They were efficient, careful and kind. It was affordable which I appreciated. I felt like my movers went above and beyond.

Do NOT use Clutter. The low price may seem tempting, but you’re risking losing your most valued possessions with little to no compensation. They somehow lost a massive wardrobe box containing my entire hanging closet — about $15,000 worth of clothes. Because I packed it myself and didn’t have their extra insurance (which I now highly recommend getting), they initially offered me $50. After weeks of back-and-forth and even providing receipts for a few of the items, their final offer was $1,000. They also refused to give any discount on my ongoing storage or even a complimentary pickup/delivery so I could verify that the rest of my items were still there.

That was just the worst part. Before that:
• They told me a week before my move that my pickup had to be split over two days, with the second scheduled days AFTER I had to vacate my apartment.
• Two of the three movers were brand new — one only a month in, the other on his first day — and had no idea what they were doing.
• Their customer service often promises follow-up by email and never does.

If you absolutely must use them, don’t store anything valuable and pay for extra insurance if you’re packing your own boxes. Otherwise, you’re gambling with your belongings.

The two guys were really efficient and went above and beyond to get all my furniture in quickly. They were both soooo pleasant and I would definitely use the service again and recommend to others!

Clutter picked up a box in very good condition and returned it shredded from top to bottom at one corner, ripped at other corners, and creased from being squashed. Some of the contents were destroyed. Clutter refused to take any responsibility at first, claiming that it has no responsibility for its own negligence-- so that's what you get when you use Clutter's services. Then they offered me a very small amount to settle, which I rejected. The law in my state provides that Clutter is required to use reasonable care and cannot relieve itself of that duty under any circumstance, so I have prepared a complaint and will file it it small claims court as soon as I get back in town and can appear in court. This duty is established by Uniform Commercial Code Section 7-204. Every state has a provision that is the same or substantially similar, so if you are having the same problem with Clutter, start there. I have photos documenting everything, including the delivery team's furtive attempt to tape up the box as they took it off the truck, and I wish I could post them here.

Clutter hires the best people. I’ve used this company for 8 years for multiple moves and storage in two states. Their facilities are good value for the premium price but the people are what make this a stand out company. I’ve never had a concern about having their folks in my home and they’re well trained in how to avoid injury and carry heavy items safely and avoiding scrapes and dropped items.

On time made the move easier with all the equipment they use to haul furniture and boxes.

Promised 3 movers 2 showed up…then charged an extra hour
Without permission doubled the cost of my space as the spaces they advertise are only 4 ft high… so an existing 8 x 10 container needs two 8 x10 clutter containers. Nowhere on the site is this mentioned…double whatever is quoted.

Constant communication throughout the move process. Arrival time, break time, storage capacity status. Wrapped every piece of furniture for protection including art pictures and mirrors. Was very impressed. Professional and courteous crew.

Easy. Reasonably priced. Professional. Logical. A GENIUS solution to a lifelong problem. Joy!

The movers themselves were awesome! They took great care of our items and were very professional. I did feel totally misled about the pricing for disposal, however. The website lists $75 for a sectional then (after they’ve removed it) tell me it’s $75/per cubic square!! So I spent almost as much in the couch to remove it. If you meant $75 PER, then say so. That doesn’t make me want to use them again or refer this company to friends.

My experience with clutter was wonderful. The young men who packed and moved my belongings were very careful with my things. They wrapped everything so that nothing would break and then moved in a very efficient manner. It was a very smooth process.

My first time with them and the experience was great. No hidden fees, helpful movers. No complaints👌🏿 .
