Great delivery closing out our storage. Clutter’s prices went way up so we decided to close it.

Excellent service and good prices.

Absolutely horrendous support. They will be relatively helpful and nice before they pick up your things, but once they have them - it’s absolute trash.
1. I ordered delivery and indicated that my building only gives me 3 hour slot and I booked it from 9 to 12. Since no one reached out to confirm, I messaged their support chat - who said that they are going to ‘add a note’ and operations team will be in touch. No one was in touch so I messaged them again after a day and this person said that… they’ll ‘add a note’ to my request and I’ll get confirmation the day before. The day before I got a message saying that my delivery window is 12 to 3. Some extra research gave me their phone number where again I was told ‘they’ll see what they can do’. I’m 100% sure they’ll try to charge me rescheduling fee..
2. They never discarded some bulky items that I have indicated for removal and instead added them to my storage + duplicated at least one item. When I asked them to remove these items and make sure I wasn’t charged for extra storage… they said I’ll need to order a removal service and pay again
3. They bundled several items together so now I can’t order my lamp without ordering my bed too… or I can pay for additional service, yes 😂

Everything was easily accomplished from arranging the appointment to having my items placed where I designated for them to be. Great Job and thank you.

I had an amazing experience. From booking the date and time, to uploading photos & choosing the details, to the link that showed me the truck arrival, the guys Yovan & Robert were careful, thoughtful, kind & did EVERYTHING!! All I had to do was point - and it went into a box. All carefully loaded onto the truck and away they went. I can’t believe how great this experience was! I’ll be using again and definitely recommending! Thank you!

The team came on time, the movers done a good job, they took good care of my stuffs and furnitures, they work efficently, I'm satisfied with their work.

You guys damaged two items and no one wants to take responsibility. I called customer service and she was zero help. Said she would send an email and never did. Can’t wait to be done with your service. The actual delivery guys were the only positive in this experience. They weren’t the ones who damaged the furniture either, it was someone in your warehouse that repackaged the items. You should really get more quality control in your warehouse and hold people accountable. My furniture is from Arhaus and NOT cheap. Overall you all suck except the delivery drivers, they were amazing. Once my contract is over I am done with clutter. Going back to local movers who actual take responsibility for their actions

It was an extremely easy and pleasant experience. The movers were friendly and very efficient. Everything was packed exceptionally well and both the pick up and drop off were very quick. I would definitely recommend and use again.

THEY HOLD YOUR FURNITURE HOSTAGE!!
This company made it very easy to pick up our furniture for storage, but once it was in their hands, everything changed. When we tried to schedule delivery to our new apartment, they kept saying they were fully booked. It has been two months, and we still haven’t been able to get our belongings back.

There’s no real way to reach them, no working phone number, no email replies, and nobody calls back when you leave a voicemail. We’re left waiting, with no updates, and just hoping our furniture isn’t damaged when (or if) we finally get it back. Totally unacceptable experience.

Dion, Jeremy and Andrew assisted with my move and were fast efficient an c cc dry professional so if you’re looking for an affordable and easy to navigate experience then Clutter is the way to go.

This is a great model for the storage business. But what really made it sing for me were the two guys sent to pickup my boxes. They were early, super pleasant and worked quickly to implement the CLUTTER inventory system and get things onto the truck. Once finished, I had an online inventory list of what I had given them, an assessment of whether I had the best size storage unit and total relief that my sister's thing were both safe and easily available for her to retrieve. These guys were fantastic, I could not be more pleased.

“Lost” the tabletop to my $5k custom walnut dining table. In the process of taking legal action against them. Terrible company to do business with. Nothing but foreign customer support who couldn’t possibly care any less about your experience with their company or your personal items. Highly NOT recommended if you care about your stuff.

I had such a great experience with Clutter! Clutter canceled my initial reservation with less than 24 hours notice. This made me have to use a PTO day in order to make it work. I was very disappointed

However, Ocsar and Sebastian were outstanding. If it wasn’t for them, I would not be able to recover Clutter

First- I would like to thank the dispachers who came to pick up my boxes. They were prompt and professional.
My complaint is with customer service, which misinformed me twice as to my storage options.
So now I am in a position where I have to take long drive to retrieve my things.

Clutter staff is very professional. My pick up and drop off was nothing but excellent. Everyone was very professional and handled my items with care. That is very much appreciated. Keep being great.
