Nach dem Kauf meines Fat ebike, habe ich öfter mit Kundenservice telefoniert, und sofort auch Hilfe bekommen. Bei der Bestellung einiger Ersatzteile hat mir Ihr Mitarbeiter Andy sehr geholfen. Mit dem Fahrrad bin ich sehr zufrieden. Habe vor ein neues zu kaufen.

A happy ending
At first I was really unsure of this company, since they made some mistakes along the way of me getting my bike. The company seems to have good employees though, because even though it took some time they made sure to correct their mistakes and make me as a costumer satisfied. Thank you Andy for your commitment to help me, you changed my whole perspective of this company. They should be so happy to have you.
Now that I got my bike and have tried it for a few days, I can really recommend their bikes. It's really nice in every way, and it really exceeded my expectations.
I have tried it on different types of ground, and it's really steady and feels safe even on high speeds. Me personally have never liked biking before, but this is completely different. It's way more fun and the seat is so much more comfortable than other ones.

Battery impossible to recharge
The wire that should connect the battery to the charger plug is broken and disconnected, the battery is impossible to charge. I wrote an email to the after sales service but got no reply! After two days of being stuck I had to solve the problem myself! Thanks!

(so please don't ask him to get support). and i asked you to send the photo to me so that i can ship you a new charger, but you didn't reply me again. just told me you sent to .eu email. why not reply me , friend.
