I read Rohan’s emails every week. This week’s edition “The Always Be Learning Trap” was great. I didn’t realize that this something I do all the time. His emails have taught me a lot. Another edition awhile back “How to Set Boundaries (without feeling guilty)”, was spot on with what I deal with at my job. I replied to that email and got some amazing advice from Rohan. It’s so refreshing to read something that I can actually implement whether it’s my job or even my personal life. Amazing job! Keep up the great work!

I really look forward to reading these emails every week! They always go one step further than typical career advice by giving tips on how to actually apply your learnings. Bonus points because I enjoy the writing style and I think the jokes and memes are funny!!

I love every single one of the emails.
Always insightful, always informative.
There’s always something new to learn that can project my career to a greater degree.

Brilliant article. Sadly, as much as an individual can attempt to reframe themselves, recruiters are still drawn to match vacancies against job titles. For this strategy to work it requires a shift in both directions.

Wow. I learned a lot in 5 minutes from one email, and not just the same do’s and don’ts I see everywhere. The emphasis of this writing is on a sustainable mindset shift that serves whether you are actively searching or are laying the groundwork for an amazing career.
