Coachhireeurope.com is the worst coach rental in Europe!âŠ
I only chose one star as you could not choose 0! This company does not care about customers. From the beginning when I contacted this company, Coachhireeurope.com, they were only concerned about whether I wanted to book and when I can make payment. Only correspondence was in regards to verifying payment and letting me know the 50% deposit was non refundable. I was organizing 3 charters with these people and I was the one constantly emailing for information or direction. Sometimes days would pass and no response on either whatsapp or email. When someone did respond, would be told how busy they are but I am a paying customer who at least deserved a response. The day finally arrived for our first charter and the bus was too small! even the driver lamented for the 22 people and luggage it needed a bigger bus! I messaged and complained and was just told they would look into it. Our second and third charter were on the same day but to different destinations. While the charter I was on was comfortable (should have been the bus we needed when we were 22 but got for 16) the other charter had a nightmare with a very unruly and discourteous driver. All the passengers from that charter complained and one wrote me a play by play of what happened and how apologetic the hotel was for a driver that they did not know. I sent this correspondence to Coachhireeurope.com the same day, which was August 9, 2025. Today is August 18th and they have not even acknowledged it or responded. They only care about money and not about customer satisfaction. I used a few other transfer services while in Europe for this trip and they were fine even though rather expensive and they sent review surveys after. Coachhireeurope.com doesn't even have a customer review forum on their page and now I know why! If people were to review their service they would be out of business! NEVER would I use or recommend them to anyone!! This is only my review but the folks from the charter intend to write a review on every site possible regarding their experience!
