The training takes place in small groups of dedicated climbers that want to improve. The coach was very insightful, relatable and gave examples from what she experienced herself. The step by step program has a great buildup and after the first part and the information, the lead climbing became way more enjoyable and relaxed than before! Can't wait to hop back on the wall.

Just did the 6 hour workshop falling & commitment by Tijana. Tried various things before to get rid of my fear of falling and this was the best. Still need to start practicing myself now, but this was a very good start. She is very relaxed and gave us tools to work with, coaching us closely along the way.

A 'must have' workshop for all climbers. Aspecially for those who are afraid to fall out of the toprope in the hall or rocks.

The course was very helpful. I learned to improve my falling technique and received very useful insights to become a better, more focused climber

Tijana had a great way of coaching toward complicated improvements in small manageable steps. Despite deep-seated fears I experienced great improvement not only in fear of falling but mostly in committing to crux moves on lead. Game changer!

Tijana helped me to prepare a climbing project in a very tailor made way. On top of her tangible tips, suggestions and exercises, she was really aware of all the aspects that should be taken in consideration to cope better with fear & stress, but also to reduce pressure, to be aligned with my goals.

Ik heb zowel Tijana haar lezingen als haar falling and commitment workshop bijgewoond. Alles aan haar ademt klimmen en de koppeling van zowel de sport als het dagelijks leven is een enorm interessante kijk. Ze is aandachtig, gedetailleerd en stopt onwijs veel tijd en moeite in haar naslagwerk alsin opleidingen, hiermee weet ze haar kennis goed, duidelijk en onderbouwd over te brengen. tijana ademt klimmen. Ze weet de sport met zoveel meer dan alleen techniek te benaderen. Haar visie op toewijding aan een route en angst om te falen is iets wat ik en van mijn klimmaatjes jaren lang heb proberen weg te schuiven door alleen maar meer te trainen en sterker te worden, zonder hier echt naar te kijken. Ik hoop dat haar methodiek een intergraal onderdeel van de klimsport wordt en een stapje zet in het volwassen worden van deze sport. en ze ook nog eens een leuk persoon.

Dankzij de training van Tijana heb ik mijn grenzen verlegd. Door de training had ik tools om zelf er na aan de slag te gaan. Highly recommend. Tijana is een super fijne coach.

Tijana heeft mij leren klimmen en van die lessen heb ik veel geleerd. De inzichten die ik van Tijana heb gekregen, gebruik ik nog steeds. Vooral door efficiënt en zonder angst te klimmen.

Tijana is a super enthusiastic coach, has a lot of patience and is optimistic, which motivates to climb better. Besides the technical tips she is also skilled in sports psychology. This helped me to deal with specific stressful situations for example and ultimately enjoy climbing more. Would recommend!

Het heeft mijn ogen geopend om de sport waarvan ik houd, op een veel mooiere, plezierige manier te benaderen. Ik heb nog geen coaching traject gevolgd, maar de workshops waren fantastisch. Een echte aanrader voor iedereen die zichzelf wil ontwikkelen als persoon en als atleet.
