Sam helps me feel sane when I’m losing my shit!

Sam’s particular brand of aggressive enthusiasm is contagious. Oftentimes, the only reason I would check Instagram was to see what new insight he’d posted. I enjoyed his content so much and, yet, I did not want to engage with Instagram anymore. I checked his bio to see if there was any other way to engage. I joined his cause in one of its first iterations and was thrilled when I found out he had migrated to a different platform and was launching a whole course. I had no idea he’d be as hands on as he was (and is) so I was a little starstruck (and told him so) during the first Zoom call I joined. The best part of working with Sam is his holistic approach about changing perspective. His examples and strategies apply to more than just procrastination. Since working with Sam, I’ve learned not to villainize my procrastination and to instead question why it’s really happening for me. Not just trying to make other people’s theories fit my circumstances. Much of my procrastination is tied to debilitating Imposter Syndrome and an overly developed freeze response. An inability to truly give myself permission to rest wraps up the whole package with a nice big red bow. Through my work with Sam, I’ve learned that showing up and taking baby steps really is everything. I’m still just at the beginning of my journey, but I firmly believe that with Sam’s help, I’ll learn long-term strategies that will withstand the proverbial test of time.

Sam is a phenomenal coach, and I am a recovering perfectionist! 🀍

Working with Sam has absolutely transformed my life. I have had the privilege of coaching with Sam regularly for over 8 months now, and looking back on that time, I have faced some of the biggest obstacles of my life, but I have accomplished more actual concrete work towards my dreams and goals than I have in years!!

Sam taught me about what procrastination is at its root, and it’s most common counterpart, perfectionism. Although I understood my perfectionist tendencies were impacting my life and how much I feel I accomplish, but I had no idea how deeply rooted this trait is for me and I was blind to how much it was impeding progress in generally enjoying my daily quality of life and moving forward with the things that are actually most important to me.

Sam provides a variety of resources, formats, tools, information, and tough love to help reprogram beliefs around procrastination and taking action. If you don’t know what format of tools works for you, he was excellent in helping me see what kinds of tools worked with my strengths.

He is gentle and kind, but still forward and honest. If you have a blind spot, Sam will sniff it out in an instant. And he will show you the connections between the things that work and the things that do not work, the thoughts that help and the unhelpful thoughts.. It is incredibly helpful, but challenging work. If you are serious about patching up your energy leaks and getting on the path- the path YOU want to be on- Sam may be the coach for you. After months of having this from Sam, it’s now something I’m able to monitor on my own much more strongly!

Sam is also neurodivergent friendly. He follows a unique, holistic approach in his coaching. He was able to help me soften my rigid, perfectionist ways so that I am more open and flexible to trying things out, experimenting, failing, picking myself back up, learning from it, and then actually moving on- moving forward into the next experiment. Shifting my mindset and creating a pattern of how to handle “failure” has softened the blow and allowed me to actually see progress in areas that I previously had been stuck in for years. I recently discovered I am autistic and Sam’s work has been instrumental in helping me accept myself where I am and also strive to become who I want to be by taking the action I have known I needed to take, but previously felt stuck in being unable to do so. Also, shifting to a mindset of experimentation has been invaluable! Sam also uses the enneagram as a powerful personality tool and unpacks it to help you understand how you work and how to better work with yourself, as you naturally are!

This journey with Sam took me on a major personal journey. I have changed patterns, changed my thoughts and self talk, and changed my personal care habits. I’ve learned so much about how I work and how to work with that instead of constantly punishing myself over it, unconsciously. I also found myself seeking answers outside of this community and found a tenacity for finding answers that was previously unknown to me. I’ve learned how to better read the signals my body sends so that I am actually able to follow my heart, my dreams, and my goals. Sam calls this following the pull. His terms make sense and they stick with you, serving as tools for later.

While my life circumstances haven’t changed much, I have seen a profound difference in the way I use my time, my self esteem, and my confidence in my ability and capacity to live a fulfilling life. I’m learning how to leverage momentum, how to honor my natural cycles and traits, and how to move forward into project completion, which has been a huge area of struggle for me. I found Sam on Instagram and related to his content so strongly, I just wanted to talk to him! So I did! His promise of being able to start fixing the issue at its core seemed too good to be true; it was not! I would recommend working with Sam in a group or 1:1 capacity.

Much of my work with Sam has been within group sessions, which I think is worth mentioning, due to how happy I am with the results. It took time, and great effort, but over the last 3 quarters or so I have seen great change in my daily life, and much of that came about as a result of the self work I was able to do with Sam’s guidance and steadfastness. Having someone there to point out the things you have voiced you want to change, so you can actually change them, has made all the difference as well. And for me, that was Sam!

If you’re ready to stop beating yourself up and start seeing results in your desired projects, I highly recommend working with Sam. He will help empower you to trust yourself and change your own life. If you put in the work (following the pull) you will see changes! 🀍🍀✚🎶

I have booked the course fulfilment


I have booked the course fulfilment foundry with Sam. After years of procrastinating, struggling, seeing therapists, reading self-help book and searching the internet for a cure for my procrastination, I have found SamÂŽs Course. I have been in the programm for 5-ish weeks, and I must say, this has been one of the best decisions I ever took. Sam has helped me to work on my problems and not be stuck in the same problem-loops forever. I can finally act independently and influence my life. I can highly recommend this course if you just want to tackle your procrastination problem, and also if you want to step further and improve your life and make it enjoyable. best 42 Euros ever spent.
