Coboco London 

I rated 1 star because there was no star to give. They worth 0 star. Very unreliable and dishonest people who are set to dupe. I ordered 2 items almost 2 months ago which haven’t been delivered despite promises of doing so. They were responding to my emails until when they stopped 1 week ago. I never fall into this type of trap before and I am very disappointed. They refused to refund in lieu of no delivery and they are full of lies.

There is no star to rate this criminal company. I don't know why such a company should be allowed to continue existing. I bought a shoe sandals from them, and up to today, I have not received my order.

Not even worth one star - I can't belive I didn;t check these revies before ordering as I am yet to receive my order or a refund despite multiple emails up until two weeks ago when they ceased to respond altogether. These people of stealing from everyone by the looks of it.

Again as everyone else I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star- totally scammed , placed my tracking number into Royal Mail and it Doesn’t exist, have of course not received my order- these are scammers

If I could do 0.5 worth of a star - that's where I'd be on product quality. China knockoffs and too small, even though everything is advertised in UK sizes.

I have been offered a return with a poorly formatted returns label attached to the responding email; however, no information as to the provider for where to send it from. Has anyone else done returns to Coboco? Have you used Evri, Royal Mail, DPD etc?

Order never arrived

Ordered shoes described as leather. Arrived after 2 weeks badly packed and made of plastic. Terrible quality. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
These scammers now appear to be trading as Susan&James.

Absolutely disgraceful, dishonest company. There are more and more of these out there scamming honest people. I guess it's indicative of today's need for bargains. I have given up trying to get answers to my questions from Coboco about when my bras will turn up. Complete waste of time. I will try to get money back through my credit card company but it's doubtful. These companies should be checked out on Social Media sites BEFORE customers are hoodwinked. It's a greedy world!

Definitely less than a one star service. It would appear that I have been scammed as everyone else. I am still waiting on an order that has yet to materialise. Multiple reassuring emails. Despite asking for my money back I am still waiting for the "manager" to sort and find the order. I am so disappointed as the order was a surprise for my daughter. I wished I had researched the company and comments before the order was placed as I definitely wouldn't have purchased anything.

Not even a one star! continual excuses and no sign of my order, I’ll be approaching my credit card company for an refund! A sham for sure!!

I ordered a pair of leather sandals from this company over a month ago; I still have not received anything from them. They responded to my email that I will receive my package in 13 days. If I knew what I know now, I would not buy from this company. They are total scammer.

Don't order, you'll waste your money!
I placed an order beginning of July 2025 and still not received my sports bra! To be fair they did answer all my emails but just kept saying the item was working it's way through the courier service. I did get my money back but only because I got my bank involved. Please don't purchase, be warned!

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes - 2 separate order numbers 39th June. It’s now 13th August and I still haven’t received them. I emailed them and said I wasn’t happy with the lack of service and like other reviewers received automated responses. Eventually in July I received a response apologising and saying that the details would be escalated and given priority and how frustrating it was getting all these negative reviews and a month later, still nothing. I only checked Trustpilot after I had ordered, and tried to cancel my orders and request a refund, but I was told via automated email that they had been despatched and offering me a discount for future purchases. My experience is very similar if not identical to the other reviews here and I’m cross with myself for not checking first. I would not ever recommend this company and I’m at a loss as to how to get a refund. Thanks to the other reviewers for their comments which are highly accurate and I just wish I had read them first

1 star is too high would not touch this company with a barge pole !Sizing completely wrong and when I tried to return it they suggested I gift it to someone! £24.99 and £10.80 out of pocket so far and no refund in sight ! They are completely dishonest even the name is a lie they are not in London they are in the Netherlands sent back via evri and I checked shipping delivery currently sat in customs as they won’t collect 😡🤬

Taken my money with no product delivered. Biggest scam

Item of poor quality damaged. Sent back and still be giving run around for refund. They are not uk, returns have to go to Netherlands so costly. Have email confirming received item but still no refund. Online uk shop closed now. Wonder why. Stay clear

Terrible quality sports bra. You cant tighten the straps without the clip turning around.

Horrendous, ordered well over a month ago, emails saying order on track dnd nothing.
Presume a scam!!

Wish I had checked here first before ordering! Ordered a sports bra on 7th July, still not here on 8th August. Company does respond to E:mail pretty quickly, stating that goods are in transit. I feel like an idiot!
