Complete bunch of scammers. I placed an order then cancelled (within 5 mins which is well within their 30 min policy on their website) having realised the sizing wasn’t correct. I had no response to two cancellation requests and then received a ‘your item has shipped’ email and money gone from my bank account. Got in touch to ask where the order was as I had cancelled and got immediate response saying not to worry I would be covered by the 100 day return policy. This has gone on back and forth over a month now. Explained they are holding my money with no goods - constantly fobbed off with ‘polite’ responses and they still claim they never got my two cancellation emails despite them receiving and responding to every single other email I have sent. I am seeking chargeback via my card company but understand this will be a lengthy process in itself.
Do not use the company and, if you have already, please log via your card / bank as scam.

Extremely disappointed with this purchase. The sizing was completely different from what was advertised on the website, and the quality is very cheap. Delivery took ages, and the product description was misleading. To make matters worse, I was asked to return the item abroad at my own expense—even though it was faulty. Totally unacceptable and unbelievable service. I would not recommend this company!!!

Ordered 2 sports bras which took weeks to arrive with continual fairy stories about then being dispatched/ in transit/ with courier/ etc. etc. Arrived and are pretty poor quality so sent back for the 'full refund' and discover they are based in the Netherlands not UK. So the cost to return £40 of product registered is £16 due to post plus overseas taxes. It's seriously dishonest marketing.

Absolutely scammed. Ordered sports bras 30th June. Still waiting. Had an email to say they were checking quality. Do not order from this company. When I check the email to read the order details ot says this page isn't working. Bras are same price and very similar in M&S. Also noticed payment goes to a company in the Netherlands. Not happy with Shop either as they processed the payment.

On 10 June I placed order and paid for 2 x sports bras - I'm still waiting for them to be delivered. Customer Service email continually fobs me off - they cannot even provide the courier delivery details. I've asked for a full refund but they ignore that request. I actually believe that they are a scammer company now.

Wish I’d read these reviews before ordering from these awful people! I ordered around £70 worth of stuff from them over a month ago, received one email saying apologies but there’s a delay with my order but that was couple weeks ago and I’ve still not heard or received anything from them!
They’re nothing but scamming thieves! I don’t have a lot of money and it makes me sick to think that people like that have MY (and everyone else’s) money!
Don’t even click on their advert for a look…don’t understand how they still get away with having their adverts up on Facebook or anywhere!

I ordered boots a month and a half ago and they arrived today. Seriously angry with them. Similar experiences to everyone else. Chinese rubbish, not leather, wrong size, now fighting for a refund. Absolutely angry and disgusted. Not a London company. Shouldn't be allowed and I will take legal advice 🤬🤬

Please don’t use this web site Iv been waiting for 2 pairs of jeans for weeks now. Alls I get from them are false promises. There is no telephone number to get intouch I’m absolutely furious over them. Scammers don’t touch with a 10ft barge pole.

Please don't order from this company, totally unreliable. They give the impression that they are a London/UK based company. They are not,
any messages received from them are either AI generated or totally insincere. Goods have not arrived after a month of being ordered

This is fake, I bought 2 of the sports bras, never arrived and no communication after sending several emails and calls to ask where my order is

UK gov website states COBOCO dissolved in 2022.
AVOID at all costs

I placed an order on the 7th of July 2025, today is 25/07/2025. I still haven't received my sandals. I received an email on July 24th stating that they are not a scam and that my order will be escalated to the right team, and that once my item reaches my local courier, they will send me my tracking number and approximate delivery date. I was supposed to receive the item within 5-7 days of placing my order. I don't know what's happening anymore.

I ordered a pair of sandals from this company weeks ago.
As of today 25th July 2025 I haven't received anything from them except for a few emails apologising for the delay & now no response at all.
Total SCAM.
£40 lost. AVOID having anything to do with them.
Don't get caught like myself & numerous others who have been robbed by them.

If I could mark zero I would..After seven weeks my sandals arrived..Probably worth £5 in the market, cheap tat. Tried on one and the spike on the buckle broke..Tried the other, leather mus aligned and that buckle fell apart..I've binned them, lesson learnt 40 quid wasted

Thought I was getting a good product but it hasn't arrived and now all the tracking, order and website links are not working. Received an email to say it's delayed, but since I have received nothing.

I should have checked trust pilot beforehand.

Unfortunately I had the same experience as other reviewers. Ordered from what I thought was a legit UK site, money taken, then two weeks later an email to say order delayed, then nothing. No response to emails, unable to track order online as it keeps saying “order not found” when I put in my order details. This site is a scam. Do not buy.

Scammers. Please run away from patronising this company. Ordered two pairs of sandals and it took almost two months to arrive. The items were absolute rubbish. It was totally, totally different from what they advertised. The company has no return address on their website. They are definitely not in London. These guys are scammers. Please do not patronise.

I ordered some men's sandals and after a delayed wait received them which, to be fair, I had been kept up to date on the delivery progress. Having now received them, they are fine and I am looking forward to wearing them.
