Good Afternoon Scott,
Thank you for the review and apologies for not replying sooner - We've never received a review quite like this so we thought it best to take some time to think how best to respond.
Firstly, I'm sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with the quality of our drinks. We use the exact same ingredients and quality brands you'd find behind any good cocktail bar in the country so we can guarantee all our ingredients are of the best quality. This includes everything from the spirits and the 100% real fruit juices, to the syrups and bitters. This is why we carry a higher price tag when compared to other pre-mixed 'cocktails'.
With the higher price though comes the guarantee of a truly high quality and authentic tasting cocktail. And that means a double shot of full strength alcohol (as a minimum) in every cocktail.
As for the flavour, our reviews speak for themselves. We have hundreds of reviews across our full range of 55 cocktails explaining how they taste as good as - if not better - than the equivalents mixed to order in a bar.
Occasionally, people explain they weren't a fan of this flavour, or prefer a sweeter cocktail for example, but that's just down to personal preference - the same way I personally would never touch an Espresso Martini as I hate coffee. This is why we created a range of 55 authentic cocktails and mocktails so there's truly the perfect cocktail for everyone, no matter their preference. However, never have we had anybody describe our cocktails as awful or disgusting.
I can only think that the two cocktails you've tried were simply not to your style. And I'd hate for you to judge our cocktails so negatively without having a full experience of what we offer - after all, reviews like this really do affect small businesses like ours. I haven't drank cocktails for years…
I haven't drank cocktails for years because I have an allergy to something in them and get breathing problems. I bought these for my daughter as a present, and tried one, Not a problem at all! They taste absolutely delicious, better than any cocktail i have had in a bar. Several cocktails later I feel quite merry, so not only are they tasty but they have a good volume of alcohol in them too! Cannot recommend them enough. They say they have a 2 year best before but we are drinking 3 years old and still delicious and potent! Not cheap but worth every penny.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service, same day delivery as they were passing on the way. Ordered 6 bottles for sons 18th party at home. Everyone loved them, fantastic quality. The garnishes and straws are a nice touch. Will definitely be ordering again.

Great drinks, great choice.
Found the sweetness not really our cup of tea, may prefer a Sugar option.
Drinks were more like a three serving, as quite strong unless lots of soft drink added.

We're sorry you weren't a fan of the sweeteners. We chose to use natural sweeteners instead of sugar where possible in our drinks so those needing to watch their sugar intake (such as diabetics) can still enjoy our cocktails. We have found however a small handful of people are hypersensitive to these sweeteners so appreciate your feedback and will consider this when reviewing our recipes in the future.
Oh, and if you didn't already don't forget to shake the cocktails with lots of ice! This helps to chill, aerate and dilute the cocktails which makes them taste their best. If you found them too strong on the alcohol this will probably help 😊

Thank you for the order and taking the time to feedback. It's great to hear you enjoyed the taste of our cocktails.
I'm sorry you found our Pornstar Martini and Espresso Martini serving size of 125ml to be too small. All of our cocktails have at least a double shot of alcohol and when shaken with ice fill a martini style glass - just like in a premium bar. We appreciate that some cocktail companies offer larger 200ml servings but these are not authentic and are a much lower ABV. With the smaller serving size you get the full amount of alcohol (the costly part) in a short-style cocktail that's perfect for sipping slowly with a full and intense flavour, rather than a low strength drink filled with juice and water.
I hope that helps explain the reason for our serving sizes and thank you again for your order. We look forward to hopefully sending you some more cocktails again in the future.

Delivery has a one hour slot which is adhered to. Cocktails are great and better than some I have had in commercial settings so good value.

From placing the order to receiving the order the next day was a fantastic service. The cocktails themselves are outstanding and were well received by all of the party guests on New Years Eve. Highly recommend and will be ordering again soon.

Delivery arrived late
Paid for next day delivery, parcel didn't arrive on time. Customer services refused to refund delivery fee.

Thanks again for your order and please accept my apologies again for the delay.
As we explained in our conversation you paid for our standard delivery service which is usually next-day. On this occasion it took three days. However you will have seen before you ordered (at the top of every page on our website) a notice explaining parcels will take longer than usual due to the Christmas demand in DPD's courier network. This is completely out of our control unfortunately, and thousands of other small businesses relying on couriers to fulfil their deliveries will have been in the same position.
I also would like to point out that on the day of your order DPD did not show up to collect our parcels. We knew about the delays and wanted to make sure the parcels had the best chance of being delivered in time for Christmas and we actually drove all the way to the DPD depot in Middleton and dropped the parcels off ourselves.
Again, I truly am sorry for the delay but as we explained at the time it was purely down to DPD, not us. And not to excuse DPD's poor service, but many parcels at the time were taking a lot longer than three days to arrive. I believe we were polite and informative with our explanation to you and as explained above we went above and beyond to get your parcel delivered as soon as possible. I was very disappointed to see you leave a 1-star review moments after our reply; before you even had chance to try the cocktails. It's not representative of our efforts, and really does hurt small businesses like ours.
Despite this I hope you had a great Christmas and I hope our cocktails were well received by all.
