I am a fasion blogger and I wrote a blog post about the company as I was supposed to do.. They told me that I could get a 12$ voucher but since then I have never heard from them... I have emailed them 5 times almost but they keep ignoring my emails!! I don't what's going on but this is not so proffesional!!

I ordered a pair of shoes the 3th of May. The 6th of May, the shoes were marked as shipped. I paid 35$ for express shipping with DHL (4-6 days) and the seller promised me that the shoes would arrive before the 14th of May. After 6 days, I contacted DHL's customer service, who said the package had not been sent at all. I contacted the seller and asked for my money back, since the responsibilty lies with her/him - I haven't received an answer...
I just want to warn everybodyelse, who considers ordering from this website... You will be screwed over.......

Strona oferuje dobrej jakości ubrania, których nie można dostać w zwykłych sklepach. Mimo, że na dostarczenie towaru trzeba trochę poczekać, warto zamawiać tu ubrania po naprawdę niskiej cenie. Jestem zadowolona za każdym razem! Ubrania odpowiadają dostępnym zdjęciom, jakość materiałów i wykonania bez zarzutu, a ceny zaskakująco niskie. Polecam!

What could I say? I was so happy to received my parcel and I fit it and I really love the fabric. My fiancee was so happy to see me happy wearing the dress I bought. It's the white chick lace.. I really love it.. the size fits on me. The shipment was good it came on time and I really like the online chat service where I can inquire easily. Keep up the good work guys! I will order more from you guys for sure!

Having looked around a number of online clothing stores and having been disappointed with what was available for my budget, a friend referred me to coco-fashion.com. I visited the site and found the type of dresses that I was looking for. What impressed me most was the quality images and clear descriptions of the items they have in their store. This made it easier to make my decision on what I wanted to buy. The ordering process was simple and the customer support kept updating me at every stage until I finally got the dresses. I was pleased with the quality and their designs. It is exactly what I wanted. Big thanks to coco fashion. Would definitely recommend this site to anyone looking for dresses and other fashion items.

At first, I was hesitant to place order @ coco-fashion because of some bad reviews I've read on. But I really like their dresses and pumps, they look so gorgeous on screen, so to cut the story short, I've place my order. I order one item for trial that if it goes wrong...I won't be that much disappointed. I was aware that the delivery takes almost a month, so at most a month to have it...because I choose the cheapest shipping option. And when I got the item, it's really the same replica on the screen that makes me so happy and very satisfied...To add on, fitting and small details were on exact measurement. Up to now, I still place orders @ coco-fashion and highly recommend it to my cousins and friends. I saw this really pretty white princess looking off-the-shoulder dress and ordered it. First of all, they told me it would not ship for another two weeks because they were on Lunar New Year vacation, which I understand because I personally celebrate it too, but the fact that their break was for SO LONG I did not understand. Aside from that, once it arrived, I was really excited. I felt that the fabric was nice and soft and pretty good quality. HOWEVER, once I put it on, I was instantly disappointed: the dress was just...wrong. For one thing, I specifically bought this dress because it was made of a stretchy material for the bust part so it could have more wiggle room for sizing. But the sleeves were placed in the most awkward spot so that even though it was off the shoulder, if I lifted my arms, the whole dress shifted up. Not only that, but the bust part was supposed to go down to right above my waist and it DID NOT. Now, I am Asian. I am not particularly chubby or wide or anything, so the dress looked perfectly fine if I simply took my arms out from the sleeves and wore it as a strapless dress. In fact it was really cute. But that was not what I wanted and I'm disappointed with how the dress actually turned out. I am more wary of ordering from here now since the ONE item I ordered didn't turn out how it should have. I'm going to go to a tailor to see if they can remove the sleeves for me, which is a shame because those were really pretty too...but yet again I CAN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT AND I AM SO MAD. Anyways, that's what my experience was. I guess it varies from person to person.

My order was placed on Feb 8th, but today is Feb 21st, it still hasnt been sent out or ready to ship yet. I send them an email to ask about it. However, what I get is the reply: "Two items from your order are not available...we sent message but havent got reply yet" and without any SORRY about the inconvenience....The message they were talking about (order is unavailable) was come few minutes before the one they reply us and "4-5" hours after the email that we sent to ask about my order still hasnt shipped. So what do you mean by "havent got reply"?..Are you kidding me? Is it my bad when I sent an email to make sure my order to be shipped? What take you so long to tell us those items are out of order?. What happen if I dont ask about item? The customer service is terrible when they make a lie-evidence to blame on customer.
One more SMALL and very LITTLE problem is when I leave this review, I see items that I ordered still in available status on the website..That's nice huh..:D

I bought a total of six items, 5 hoodies and 1 t-shirt. The shipment came in two separate packages. The first package contains just one hoodie and it was of high quality and really cute too. It was a great buy. The second package came with the remaining 5 items. There was a hole on the outer package, but none of the items were damaged. The hoodies and t-shirt were all individually wrapped, so they should all be dry, but for some reason, one of the hoodie was damp, to the point that it was wet to the touch. Now, I order online a lot, but I've never ever receive wet merchandise before. Not only was it damp, there were black spots on the front of the white hoodie right on the bear's face. I doubt the spots would even come off after a wash. One more thing worth mentioning, one of the hoodie I received is not as pictured. The picture shows a bunny tail, what I received doesn't have one, but that's minor detail. It's still quite cute without the tail, except that the buttons do not work well, the hoodie just does not button right. There's a see through gap after the hoodie is buttoned up. So out of the lot, I'm only impressed with the one hoodie. The rest is just so so. I'll be a lot more careful if I ever ordered again. And yeah, I waited forever for the items to come. Also when I first placed the order, after a few days I got an email telling me that all of items I order were out of stock except for one, and they told me to pick something else online. I was surprised at that experience.

I hadn't ever ordered from a shop based in China before, so I was naturally hesitant when I went to make an order there. I was ready to get scammed or receive products of poor quality but I was pleasantly surprised with Coco-fashion.

Their site is easy to navigate and the pictures are generally nice, however, you quickly notice that some of the pictures appear to be taken from other places, while some are obviously a girl taking a self-shot with her camera in the mirror. The latter are very few, thankfully. The pictures didn't really impact my overall impression of the site so I was satisfied.

Ordering was also pleasant and smooth, the shipping was a bit higher than I expected but the cheap prices more than negated the cost of it. I chose the cheapest shipping and was told to expect my wares within 20-25 work days but I already received my package in just 15 days(I live in northern Europe), which is great, so thumbs up for that. Even though I live in Europe I had no trouble with customs holding onto my package or rummaging through it, so it arrived completely intact.

The quality of the clothes were generally high, nice fabrics, not too thin, stitching was all right, the fit was great on the majority of the items (there's a slight difference between the Asian and European body types, to put it lightly), but there were also some small things I didn't like. On one or two of the items the stitching was a little sloppy, but it's nothing which can't be corrected by a little extra swing of the needle. There's only one item I am displeased with and that's because there's zero chest-space and no stretch, so anyone who uses anything above an A-cup should be aware of this when browsing their wares.

But overall very pleasant experience, I'll definitely order from them again!
