I ordered from this company (the denim shirt dress) under the impression that it was run by two women in the States (Grace and Lilly). The dress has just arrived and it is very poor quality - I'm now under the impression that this is just another company based in China, posing as a great company in the States. Steer well clear - this is clearly a scam!

WARNING - Do not buy from this site!!!! Poorly made and cheap fabrics. I purchased two dresses. One dress had two different size pockets - one pocket was so small could barely stick your had in it. The sleeves on the other dress were different sizes and completely crooked. They make you pay for return shipping to China if you want a refund, which is very expensive. DO NOT BUY - WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PRODUCTS!

I just received the denim dress that was advertised on facebook. The ad on facebook made the material look very different then the dress I received. The quality was poor and the dress looked nothing like the ad. They also sent me a size small instead of a size large. Now I need to return. After reading the other complaints at what it would cost to ship back to China, I guess I will have to just eat the cost. Would never order from this company again !!!!!

Quality is terrible. The type of material that could catch fire easily.

I really wish I found this page before making my order. I feel so jerked! My product came and the quality hurt my feelings more than it hurt my pockets. I could’ve made this myself. I emailed for return, but yes - it goes to China at your own expense. It feels hopeless as some ppl claim they still never got their refund. I expressed my hesitation but beyond their first reply (like a standard / auto-generated email), I stopped receiving responses.

Horrible company basically scam you! To pay shipping on returning a product is more then double what the item is worth will be adding a complaint with the better business bureau. Also will file a complaint with my credit card company. What they sell is garbage!

It looked so pretty in the picture but what I received is absolute garbage. I could sew a better product blindfolded! The price should've been red flag #1 that made me run the other way! And then red flag #2 - it shipped directly from China...I emailed to request a refund but based on other reviews, I'll probably need to dispute it with AmEx.

Product did not fit. I ordered a large dress and it barely reached my upper thigh. It looked misrepresented, way less quality that what was advertised.
To return the item, you need to pay to ship it to China within 14 days from receiving it. UPS quoted me at $134 and the dress cost $39. Customer service said it was my choice whether or not to return it.

Save the headache. Don't buy from this company.

Purchased two pieces from this place.

One was delivered, the other wasn’t. I had no communication from them despite several emails. Eventually someone came back to me and said it was shipped with the first piece of clothing. This was a lie, not only did I have shipping confirmation for only one piece of clothing, the status of my undelivered order was still listed as “updating.”

These guys are unprofessional, I would never use them again and I advise others to avoid.

As I said in my last post I was having trouble with returned merchandise. So this is how things stand: Ordered - got it 2 months later.
Returned it immediately $30 for shipping.
They said they did not get it after 21/2 months. Another 2 months go by and what appears on my doorstep - the package I had returned to them with a note "NOT PICKED UP". So I make sure I have the right address and reship: $30.00. Again it sits in The Chinese post office and again it is returned to me "NOT PICKED UP'. In the meantime I am in constant contact with customer service, they say no there is nothing at the post office for us. I shipped it a 3rd time $60.00 with a tracking number. Customer service will no longer answer my emails. Meanwhile I checked the tracking number, guess where it is: SITTING IN THE CHINESE POST OFFICE FOR THE PAST MONTH. This process has gone on for 1 year already I have spent $120.00 CDN for shipping, as well as $175.00 for the merchandise so all together I have put out $295.00 CDN and have absolutely nothing for it. Please do not order from this company, what a heartache, On a fixed income and I am out all of this money.

They will give you a line saying the item "is not available" after almost 3 weeks of waiting for it. Then, will lie about refunding the money back to you by claiming it has already been refunded. In fact, such a thing never happened. They even told me they emailed me about it.

When I think about it now, I suspect the item was never really available in the first place. There was no email to cancel the order, no confirmation of the refund, no details whatsoever, no news or updates. The dresses, if they even exist, are so well-priced, however they are almost always not available. It is a scam. Save your money and go to a more reputable seller. You have been warned.

I had ordered one sandal from coco fashion. But after 2 weeks they said that it was out of stock. Then I suggested them another they replied the same for that sandal also. This was happened 3-4 times with me. And now they stop responding mails. So I suggest you people not to order anything from coco fashions.

I am highly impressed with the delivery service. This is my first time patronising Coco Fashion and I will definitely shop from you again.

I completely fell in love with everything I ordered. I did not have any problem with customer service and everything I bought was so soft! Since I live in the U.S. it did take a while to get to me but it was SO worth it! The only thing I as well as others have to remember is that asian sizes run smaller. Additionally, for me having a wider rear, some clothes were a bit too short. However, an additional shirt under a dress can fix that easily! All in all I loved it, the website looked like it was set up nicely.

My sister found a dress that she adored on this website and I wanted to purchase it for her birthday. I had a few questions and was able to use "live chat" to get my answers immediately. Coco Fashion was so helpful and even shipped my package out the same day so that I would get it as soon as possible. I will be back again, next time to shop for myself. By the way, my sister LOVED the dress and wore it out for her birthday! You guys have the most AWESOME clothes! Thank you again,

I love the quality, clothing is always perfect! Always in style, Prices are great. Very nice collection! I love these fashion designs from Coco Fashion. . Great prices and quick shipment.

After 6 months of liaising with the customer service team, I still have yet to obtain a refund from Coco Fashion after being told that my refund was ready to be processed. They asked me for all my bank details, Paypal account etc which I have all provided, with the only respond being that the refund could not be processed due to "some" issues. Haven't seen such bad customer service. Please do not bother purchasing from them. After all low quality products & customer service is what Coco Fashion's business model seems to be.

I've ordered a few items from Coco-Fashion. I was very impressed with the coat I bought. Nothing was spared in either fashion, fit, fabric or detailed sewing techniques. It was excellent quality and striking design.

My recent purchase was an embellished tee-shirt top. The fabric is soft, and it's nicely made and fits my U.S. figure (no tightness anywhere despite double-checking sizing.) Free shipping was the deal sealer since the cost of shipping usually forces me to abandon my cart.
