Chocolate is always 10/10 and the little thank you note in the purchase goes a long way to feel like the customer matters to them. Bought so much chocolate in the past and will definitely be back.

Got the egg for my gym made son for Easter, and he loved it. The chocolate is good and it came well packaged. Very happy with the purchase, thank you ☺️

The eggs were gifts for Easter, and everyone is very pleased with them. They appreciated the taste and texture but especially the healthier macros so that they could be included in their diet plans and training regimes. Overall an excellent treat.

Order arrived quickly. It included a handwritten note thanking me for my purchase and also made reference to my having ordered before. Felt my purchase was important.

I ordered my advent calendar on the 8 th November and received it on the 1st December it was later than expected but it did get delivered and I was very happy with the quality of it

I placed an order on the 1st November and never received a confirmation email. I contacted the company today (21st November) to get an update. They told me that Royal Mail had returned the item because I wasn’t “known at the address”. I sent proof that I was and asked why I haven’t received a refund if Royal Mail returned the item. I’m still yet to receive a confirmation of my refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Products are great and have used on and off over the years BUT I am so disappointed in the recent customer service. I order easter products in March, only half arrived but still no responses about fulfilling or refunds. Its such a shame - I ordered assuming I was benefitting a small business but the standards have slipped!

Ordered Easter eggs over a month ago but never got a dispatch email so I emailed to find out when they’d be delivered, got no response and no delivery. Have emailed 3 times and contacted them on instagram but nothing back. Hugely disappointed and not a clue what to do as money was taken but I’m not getting any responses for a refund.

I had a few issues with late delivery, but the customer service team were great. They updated me on my order and sent it that day. The product arrived and was beautifully packaged. It also tastes amazing! The best protein chocolate I’ve had. Only problem would be the delivery, as I can see others have had issues with this. Overall great product and Sam is a credit to the customer service team.

I ordered an egg on 28th Feb and still haven’t received it, after having a few emails from Sam giving false hope on delivery dates before Easter.

I have since asked for a refund and had no response.

Don’t waste your time or money - it shouldn’t be down to the customer tl constantly chase their order because the supplier can’t be bothered to provide updates!
