Customer service is shocking, didn’t receive part of my order, they ignore emails. I’ve ordered before from this company but the last two years they have completely gone down hill. AVOID!!!!

Protein Easter Egg
My son thoroughly enjoyed having a protein Easter egg. Although one of the chocolate bars were out of stock (hazelnut), they went above and beyond in giving us 2 x extra milk chocolate bars (this was on top of the milk chocolate bar I’d already ordered) and some chocolate peanut butter cups. As well as and apology...honest would recommend, never had any problems in the past and if this is how they resolve them, then we cannot complain and will continue to order again and again :) xx

Excellent customer service
To start this review I looked up best protein Easter eggs for my keep fit son ,cocoa plus come up as one of the best but was sold out , after e mailing to ask if they were getting any more in before Easter it went from there , I received an email back from dean to say was in stock so I ordered an egg didn’t know had to request what bars was with it , then another email from dean asking which bars I wanted as he was packing my order , after saying what I wanted another email to say was dispatched and when to expect and it arrived the exact day with a surprise gift and. Happy Easter note wrote personally by dean , I can not fault this company and thank you dean once more , a satisfied customer, Lesley

No delivery issues for me - Easter eggs arrived within 3 working days so couldn't be happier. Packaged well with a handwritten note. Wouldn't hesitate to order again. Awesome customer service.
Items Always Arrive Late
I placed an order for the Gemma Collins chocolate on the 14th January. It says 3-8 working days to arrive. However my items still haven’t turned up. I messaged their customer service and at first, I received an email, an apology and told they will resend it, so it’ll arrive by the 30th. However it is now the 2nd February and still no items. I have emailed the customer service email again but so far no reply and they have gone silent.
I’ve bought from here before, back in April and it took a while it arrive then too. While the chocolate is really yummy, for the price, you’d expect it to arrive when they say that it would.
**UPDATE**
Trading Standards told me to send a tracked letter to them, stating they are breaking the law. I then FINALLY received an email from Samuel, apologising and saying he would happily give me a refund and send me some complimentary chocolate as an apology.
Today, 12th February (almost a month after placing the original order), I finally received the original order of chocolate.

Absolutely appalling service!!
I ordered the protein advent calendar in October and quickly realised that when it arrived the best before date was JANUARY 2020. I emailed customer services server several times due to not being able to find a direct contact number however I failed to receive a response. After a public post on Facebook explaining that I would like this matter resolved otherwise I would have no choice but to report this company to trading standards then I received an email from James Bhasme whom apologised but reassured me the chocolates were manufactured in October and old packaging was supplied. I find this hard to believe as I purchased this item right at the beginning of October so I felt I was lied to. James offered me a refund and asked me what chocolates I would prefer as he would send me out some complimentary items as an apology and informed me I would receive them at the beginning of the week. However it is now THURSDAY I have been emailing James and have failed to receive a response. I even received an email from James yesterday promoting cocoa plus but no resolution to my problem! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
Bad customer service
I rarely leave reviews but felt I had to write my experience with Cocoa+. I ordered the 12pack of Gemma Collins chocolate for £19.99 on the 21st of April, supposed to arrive in 3-5 days. I sent them a DM on Instagram on the 2nd of May asking for an update and they was helpful and explained the delays due to COVID19, completely understandable. Arrived 2 days later on the 4th of May but I only received 6 of the 12 bars. I contacted them again on Instagram, and they ignored me. 3 times. Only when I said “Excuse me 😐😐😐😐” did they reply. They apologised and said “ Apologies, not sure what has gone wrong here! We will send 6 missed and throw is some more for your inconvenience!”. Ok, fair enough, mistakes happen. Nearly 3 weeks later, 22nd of May I was still waiting, contacted them Again asking for an update as to where these replacements were and they had forgot about me and not even shipped them. Finally received them today, 26th May, and I received no extras like they said they would. Contacted them on Instagram to let them know they had arrived, but no extras, and was again was ignored. Honestly one of the worst customer services I’ve endured, I’ve never had to chase up a company like this before and is completely unprofessional to ignore customers, especially on social media platforms that show when the message has been seen. The chocolate tastes great though.
Easter eggs without the guilt!
I ordered some Easter eggs for my boyfriend and they took quite a while to arrive but when they did arrive they were amazing!
He's very happy with them so I'm happy!
Lovely little note in the packaging too which adds a nice personal touch!
