Ordered the "Through Every Phase" Moon bracelet, and am very happy with the quality of the workmanship and shipping time. I didn't know the bracelet would be coming from China (on website it states they have operations in California, but tracking showed China), but it only took about 8 days for the bracelet to arrive to me, and it shipped within a day or two after ordering. The bracelet was packaged well in a gift box, and appears well made and as advertised and photographed on the website. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase for the price and trust this business for future purchases.

I bought 2 rings - one to represent my husband and me and another for my daughter and me. Both are beautiful, unique, well-crafted, and comfortable! I had an issue with sizing and Sarah, their Customer Service Manager, was a great help and got a replacement to me ASAP. Stellar customer service! Thanks, Sarah! Very happy with my purchases and highly recommend! Just buy it! You won't be sorry!

I ordered a ring with my and my daughters birthstone, it is beautiful. Unfortunately I had accidently ordered the wrong size so I had reached out to request an exchange. The process was made very easy and customer service was great to work with! I can't wait to get wear this ring!

I have received my ring and I love it although I ordered the wrong size by mistake, I contacted customer service and they went above and beyond to make sure I received the correct size. I would definitely order from them again

I ordered a ‘Strong as F….’ bracelet for my granddaughter who is a nurse in a neonatal intensive care unit - a highly stressful and often draining job. The bracelet is beautiful and she absolutely loves it. Service was fast and efficient - highly recommended.

I ordered the husband/ wife ring, but it didn't fit; however when I contacted customer service, they offered to replace it. They were very responsive and offered to make it right.

I accidentally ordered the wrong ring size, but they kindly allowed me to exchange it without any hassle. The ring itself is absolutely beautiful and looks even better in person. Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the product and the service!

I love my Mama’s stacking birthstone ring! I selected my birthstone and the birthstones of my four grandchildren. The ring is beautiful with excellent craftsmanship. And I was surprised at how quickly it arrived. I have recommended this ring to my daughters-in-law because I know they will love it too!

I had originally placed an order for my mom for Mother’s Day and when it arrived, it looked like either a porch pirate had gotten into it or the delivery person had taken some “liberties”, either way…the jewelry was gone and my mom was left with an empty box 😢
I immediately reached out to customer service to ask what I could do and I ended up speaking with Sarah who responded with, we will replace the piece and expedite it to your mom! I was NOT expecting that! This company went above and beyond to make sure the order was satisfied and I couldn’t be more please or impressed. The piece arrived and was beautiful! Thank you!!
