I received an email / notification saying "Delivery attempted today at 6:31 pm" -- this was received at 5:35 pm... Also I was home at that time and saw no delivery person "attempt" the delivery. Totally understand if you can't make your timeline but don't lie...

Ordered item from Amazon on 2 ccasions and both occasions ,got delivery notification that an attmept to deiver had failed, both time that delivery attemted I was at home all day and there was delivery.I have contacted the Codexpress on several occasion but was unable to speak with anyone, so I contacted Amazon didn't get much help from them either the usual story contact the carrier company , informed them I have done that and got no answers . I have informed Amazon that if they continue to use this carrier I wil no longer use Amazon as this carier company must one of the worse ones ever.
Codexpress is just terrible and very bad customer servce.

Got a delivery yesterday and I asked the driver if he could please ring the bell (so we know there’s been a delivery). He said sure. Then today the same driver dropped off another parcel and not only did he not ring the bell, he deliberately put it in the weather on full display to the street when we have a 2 meter covered area to the front door. Took a photo from my security camera. Tried to email them but that is not possible (I guess now we know why).

Two separate purchases from Amazon approx 3 months apart were consigned to CODExpress. Both orders showed the items were dispatched by Amazon. The expected delivery date keeps blowing out. When contacted CODExpress states they have not received items.

Would give 0 stars if I could. They swapped out my monitor for someone else’s package and slapped my transit label on it. Gee, I wonder why they don’t list theirselves as a business for Google reviews. Thieves.

Doesn't matter how many times I try and call them in regards to when my item will actually be delivered, they never answer. I leave voicemails and everything, I get nothing in return. They have my package in a facility located 40 minutes from my house, I've been waiting more than a week for them to drive 40 minutes to my house and deliver it. Awful customer service, I will be refunding in the future if I get these guys as a couriers again.

I have just been informed that my parcel is going to returned to Amazon. I was home when it was reported that a delivery attempt had been made and it was reported that there was a problem. The problem was that the driver did not press the buzzer to my apartment,
I live in Melbourne and driver should have been taught how to gain access to locked apartments an even better option would be for Amazion to stop using this company.

They said the Amazon order was delivered but it was never was, I have video of the time they listed it as delivered and there is no proof that it was. They are impossible to contact. My mind is blown that Amazon still uses these guys given they have a 1 star rating.

I don’t even want to give this service one star. Why Amazon still use this service I honestly have no idea. I either do not ever see the package or they say attempted delivery despite never coming to my door and I’ve been home all day. The service is terrible. Tracking is impossible. Calling them is pointless.

Zero stars. False claim package was delivered. When I called to try and get more info, the customer service man screamed at me "are you accusing us of stealing your package!?" And hung up.

Has to be the worst company to deal with.

Camera caught delivery driver showing up, taking a photo, marking as delivered, then walking off with my package. Pathetic. Contacted them quite abruptly and mentioning it was all recorded, and miraculously the parcel was delivered the next day. No explanation or excuses

Zero was not an option.

Rang to find out where my package was, turns out it was returned to Amazon almost a month ago.

Courier attended business premises at 7pm on first day, then 9pm on second attempt and then proceeded to explain they didn't know it was a business address (after attending site...).

The next excuse was I live in a regional area, which is a joke because its one of the biggest regional centers in the country and a major transport hub to regional centers across North East Victoria and Southern NSW.

Rather than apologising for the poor experience and trying to resolve it, the contact doubled down and hung up on me.

Official complaint raised with Amazon, their customer service and response was fantastic, replacement items on their way.

Amazon are using this criminals to deliver.
I ordered a package from amazon and it was not delivered.
I ordered another package from Amazon it was thrown over the neighbours fence and not delivered to my address.
I order another 3 packages a couple of days ago and they were marked delivered on emails received from amazon but are nowhere to be found, not even at the neighbours place.
CODE Express whoever they are a bunch of criminals and scum

I ordered an item from Amazon. CODExpress claimed it was delivered. It wasn't. Next day I was expecting another order from Amazon. CODExpress claimed it was delivered. It wasn't. I was home both days and there was no sign of a Courier. No photos. No delivery. Amazon should not be using this Courier.

Packages ($250 worth) left on top of fence pillar, above the intercom unit to notify residents of deliveries - no contact made, packages accessible to public walking by. These couriers are hopeless! Please do not use them if you have any other choice.

I have massive sign on my backdoor saying not to deliver there as it blocks me in and i have to walk whole way round (plus live in a disability community so people could mistakenly take it if i dont know it there) yet they still delivered to back door without warning and if it wasent for a nice person i wouldent have found it.

I have no idea why these drivers struggle so much in reading delivery addresses, I've had to get Amazon to refund me several orders that (unfortunately) get assigned to this mob due to packages ending up *god knows where*

I swear reading through the other reviews that share similar experiences to mine, that this is just a scam racket who operates to steal from people and resell(?) product since there's zero recourse or method of contact from these dodgy c*nts.

I would leave ZERO stars if I could! I ordered a book from Amazon. Delivery person made no attempt to deliver to the actual delivery address. Instead, they left my package on the ground by the mailbox, outside of a multi-office complex. Our mailbox is on an extremely busy road and anyone could have walked past and taken it. Worst delivery service ever.

My 3 packages were not delivered due to an error in house number (Amazon).
I called the Amazon provided contact no to correct the address at least 10 times today. No answer. Despite having my phone no. They made no effort to contact me to check the address. Very disappointing!
There is no way to contact this company at all. What lousy customer service. If you need a courier (outside and Amazon arranged delivery). DON'T
Amazon SACK them!
