Ordered set of steam boiler probes from them. Good price and all arrived the day after ordering. Items perfect for the Sage machine. Can recommend them for parts.

Terrible Customer Service

Was told my machine would be fixed within 9 working days, it was a couple of days short of 4 weeks! I was not kept updated and their customer service is non-existent. I had to keep chasing them by telephone, as emails were rarely responded to. I would not use again!

I have a sage oracle which stopped…

I have a sage oracle which stopped working one day. I rang up coffee Classics to see how to go about booking it in they explained over the phone how it all works. I sent it to them upon arrival i got pictures of the coffee machine to confirm no damage whilst in transit. They had a 8-10 working day turn around time. About 7 days in I got a email stating what parts it need and how much it would be to fix once confirming I was happy with the cost 2days later I got a email to say it was all fixed and tested. Once paid I received it next working day.

Pricing: I would say it fair.
Turn around time: I would say is good.
Customer service: I would say is excellent.

If my coffee machine ever breaks again I would definitely be using coffee Classics!

Happy with Melita grinder replacement

After spilling a small amount of water in to the grinder of our 5 year old Melita Brista Smart TS sent to Coffeeclassics. Easy to send machine, repair took 10 working days. Machine returned in full working order fair price for the repair.

Avoid at all costs

This is to share my bad experience with Coffee Classics. Unfortunately, my encounter with them has been less than satisfactory, and I feel compelled to express my dissatisfaction.

Originally, I was advised that the repair of my Melitta coffee machine would take 7-10 working days. However, the process extended to an astonishing 40 working days, during which I paid £237 for the service. Despite the extended duration I still got a non-functional machine.
I tried to come to a solution with Josh (the owner) but unfortunately it's all about money with him, and not about good service or customer satisfaction, where I found it's necessary to leave this feed back.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend using Coffee Classics for repairs. It appears that there might be a lack of expertise or efficiency in their services, leading to significant delays and unsatisfactory results.

Leaking machine is still leaking for 200 pounds

The journey started from Jul 26'23 via email conversation. I got the quote (Barista express, leaking water), paid for the box to pack the machine to the workshop, it was delivered in a few days.
Then they couldn't collect the box via parcelforce (e.g. I stayed home no one arrives, and then they would respond via email with >1 day delay and time-sensitive questions like 'should I schedule now for tomorrow') for more than a week despite me asking them to accelerate. I got frustrated and just asked the label so I can print it and brought the machine myself to the post.

Then I asked my wife to be contacted in case any needs to be paid or inquiries (I went away without internet/phone connectivity). They just send me the invoice and it delayed the machine by another 10 days. Early september I got the machine back.

The problem with the machine is that it was leaking water and after a week after repair it was leaking again. Needless to say the
coffeeclassicsltd.co.uk doesn't respond to my emails.

Never use them.

This company is excellent

This company is excellent. I have dealt with them twice.
Once for a home visit repair of a coffee machine and once by shipping a coffee machine to them to repair.
Customer Service: Excellent, polite, friendly and helpful.
Communication: Excellent.
Instructions and Advice: Excellent. The advice and instructions about shipping the machine were second to none!
All round a very good company.
