Dear Customer,
We are sorry to read your review and understand your frustration. However, we would like to provide some important clarifications regarding your case.
Your product, a Gaggia Anima Barista, was repaired by an unauthorized technician without prior notification or authorization from us. As specified in the warranty terms and as we promptly communicated to you, third-party repairs may void the warranty.
Despite this, we still arranged for the machine to be picked up at an authorized Gaggia service center. However, the machine arrived completely disassembled, requiring additional reassembly work in order to diagnose the fault. As communicated, these operations are not covered by the warranty.
At your request, we also requested and sent you a detailed estimate for the repair. You subsequently decided not to proceed with the repair and requested a refund of the transport costs, which, however, were not covered in cases not covered by the warranty.
We are always available to discuss and provide assistance in accordance with the warranty conditions and necessary technical procedures. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require any further clarification.
