All turned out fine

All turned out fine, but my confidence waned somewhat when we weren’t updated on order status for almost 3 weeks after placing the order. However I understand that the market was busy during this time. Thanks to Brooke (spelling?) for updating us promptly after contacting her.

Fair prices

I have had multiple orders wit this company. Each time the product was fairly priced, and shipped quickly. And their markup seems to be substantially lower than other companies in this business.

Well done, thank you

The website was user friendly, the prices were the best I found, the transaction simple and the delivery prompt.
I have already placed additional orders with them.
The only thing they could have done better was to be better over the phone.

Owners you can trust

The people at Guidence Corporation and Coinguide.com are very nice easy to work with. No salesmen just owners trying to offer a fair deal for people who are easy to work with. They have certainly earned my trust over the last seven years for both myself and family. Great prices and service. When people ask me this is where I send them.

This client received their package and are falsely claiming they "got nothing". Their package was sent via Fedex 2nd day air under tracking #783881782125 and a signature was received by the carrier confirming receipt. We have made multiple attempts to contact this client and determine what they meant by writing they "got nothing", however we have never received a call back or email. As the 3rd generation owner of Guidance Corporation for over 35 years (coinguide.com), we have NEVER failed to send a client their products once a payment has been made and we take all claims, disputes and complaints very seriously. We believe this client was unhappy with the timeframe for their ACH payment to clear.
