Great customer service
I have to give it to them. They are genuine. I didn't realise i get new adress each time. I sent to a dead wallet. They managed to retrieve it back within couple of hours. Well recommended if trust you looking for. They got mine now.

Ive had loans since 2022 that went over 6 figures that i took out when btc wss in the 20’s and 30k range and when brc hir over 100k i paid loans back everything went smooth and i received my funds back so id say their pretty trustworthy. I still use til this day even thought it does suck having loans liquated but thats what you sign up for so just make sure you know charts at least a little so you make sure that doesnt happen but overall im happy with the service

I was happily surprised on how easy it was to get a collateralized loan with coin rabbit. It was a seamless process and only taking a short time to complete everything. I really like the desktop version of coin rabbit. A nice dashboard with many choices to consider. Another time Liam helped me in the online chat with an issue I was having with my vpn. He was responsive and worked to solve the issue quickly. I’m looking forward to more things from coin rabbit.

just dealt with customer service for the first time, actually dealt with a real person and they resolved my issue in less than 8 minutes.
More than pleased with the service they provide (Im Canadian so alot of Crypto loan service don't work) and how good there customer service has been.

I bought btc at 120k, and then the price dropped. I needed some cash but selling btc doesn’t make sense at all, so my friend recommended me these guys. Really fast processing and helpful support. Definitely recommend it
