Invalid MLBB Code, Refusing to Refund my Crypto
I purchased a recharge code for Mobile Legends (MLBB) by Litecoin and was presented with an entirely invalid code. Once I headed to the mDirect platform where one should be able to verify the Player ID number to claim the code sent via email, the validation process has immediately refused it.
They have used a used/redeemed code from their partners and are taking money without giving anything to the customers. When you are selling any kind of digital item which turns out to be defective, you have to give a refund. However, there is nothing but empty promises and vague answers from them regarding this matter.
Do not purchase diamonds for MLBB from this website, they would happily take your Money and keep your code invalid.

Sold me a blocked/defective code - Refusing refund
UPDATE [April 10]: Coinsbee is now sending generic "no refund" templates claiming the code was "unused at delivery." This ignores the official Google Support Case (ID: 2-6388000040798) which confirmed the code itself has inconsistencies.
Most ironic of all: They claim my "location" is a violation now, but they had zero issues accepting my crypto payment from an Algerian IP address. They are happy to take international money, but use "regional rules" to avoid honoring German consumer law (BGB § 327) when the product is defective. Still waiting for a manager to resolve this.
UPDATE: Coinsbee is now claiming the code is 'valid' even though Google Support (Case ID 2-6388000040798) confirmed it is unusable and blocked. They are hiding behind small print to avoid refunding a defective product. Extremely poor service.
I purchased a $25 Google Play US card (Order #17705803186988e95eb0334). Upon redemption, the code was immediately flagged by Google as having 'inconsistencies.' I filed a manual appeal with Google (Case ID: 2-6388000040798), and Google Specialist 'Aaron' officially confirmed they cannot fix the code and it is unusable.
Despite providing this proof of a defective product, Coinsbee support sent me a generic copy-paste rejection. I paid 25.43 USDT (Bybit Order: 01KGZD083W91YSQHESQ969EWX) and received a dead product. I am requesting an immediate refund for this defective digital good."

BEWARE !!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
Everytime I use this website there is a problem. I will no longer use. It is unacceptable to not assist a customer who hasn't had access to a product they purchased 3 days ago. I understand reviewing a purchase but 3 days to review but 1 minute to take my money!!!! It's FRAUD & THEFT
