I purchased a $300 eBay gift card from Coinsbee using Binance Pay.

The Fraud: The gift card provided by Coinsbee was invalid and had a $0 balance, confirmed by eBay.
​The Damage: Because of the failed transaction, my eBay account was permanently suspended, causing me significant commercial loss and reputational damage.
​ Compliance Failure: I reported this systematic fraud to Binance, which opened a formal case: RCM20251115053816967218. Coinsbee has since gone silent, and Binance has violated its own policy by failing to resolve the case.
​Demand: Coinsbee is a fraudulent merchant, and Binance needs to enforce a refund. I require my $300 refunded immediately. Do not buy from this company.
Your explanation does not match the evidence from eBay.

I checked the gift card using eBay’s official balance checker and the result was:

❌ “This gift card does not exist.”

A region-locked or suspended card still shows up in eBay’s system.
Only invalid or improperly issued cards show “does not exist.”

This means the card delivered to me was never valid, regardless of region.

eBay’s final response to me:

They confirmed in writing that they cannot trace the card, cannot find ownership, and cannot recover any funds.
This only happens when the card is not properly issued or not recognized by their system.

Because of this issue, my eBay account was permanently suspended, and I can no longer redeem any replacement even if you send one.

So a replacement card is useless to me.

I am only requesting a refund for the invalid card delivered through Binance Pay.

Bought a gift card with crypto. Crypto transaction went through fine, but when it came time to redeem the actual gift card, the transaction failed for some reason. I opened a ticket with Coinsbee customer support and more than 24 hours later no updates have been given and I still haven't received my gift card. I've purchased gift cards in the past using Coinsbee and had no issues, hence the two star (instead of one star) rating.

UPDATE: Coinsbee did resolve this issue satisfactorily (had to settle for a different gift card) about 48 hours later. If they think this is a good customer experience, they're wrong.

Had one issue, submitted a support ticket. And two hours later I get my help! Was great dealing with them, will be back

I have already purchased for the 3rd time gift cards and what should I say? It works every time within 2-5 Minutes. I guess it depends on the stock amount but it was time for me to leave this review as it earned my trust.

Looks Like I got scammed for $100

I’ve bought US Steam Wallet codes multiple times before without problems, but this was my first time buying from Coinsbee, and they gave me an invalid code.

Support so far stalling, will update my review if they gave me another code

Update on October 20, 2025:
Support finally replied, but instead of fixing the issue, they asked me to share my Steam account so they could “top-up manually”

Hell no, I’m not giving my Steam account to someone who already scammed me out of $100 :))

At this point, it’s pretty clear this was a scam. If they ever send a working replacement, I’ll update this review, but for now, stay away from Coinsbee.

Update on November 18, 2025:
After going back and forth with their support, they still did not help me or give me a new code. Instead, I received another email from TrustPilot saying that Coinsbee flagged my review and is trying to get it taken down :)

I will give TrustPilot all the evidence they ask for and I will not let them get away with this.

If they used the money they make to actually provide the gift cards, they could have run a legitimate business! Instead, they chose to scam people out of hundreds of dollars, buy fake reviews, and try to remove any review that exposes them.

First time buying a gift card with crypto, it was easy enough. Would be nice if coinbee integrated Flexa. I paid with ALGO and the transaction went through pretty smoothly. The NOW Payments did say the payment was partially received, but it all worked out in the end when I went back to the coinsbee website.

I did some layman research because Crypto payments are irreversible and if you get scammed, the money is gone, forever.
