Have used before and were fine

After several uses over the years, they scammed me.
20$ no less.
Claim “need to check with supplier” but have been completely unresponsive now for 5 days.
Even best case scenario they rectify the issue the one star stands, I mean 7 days and know solution, refund and zero communication for 5 days? Thats terrible on its own, now add the fact they took money..
edit: Company has now attempted to make it right, and explained their position. It was once a 5 star experience, but I cannot in good conscience give them 5 for this experience. They need to work on communication when there is an issue, as just passing the buck without fully explaining just makes it seem like it is inconsequential.

My order is in process from last 18 hours. Update:- It shows that ordered gift card is out of stock, but thankfully I got refund within a hour with the help of amazing support team. But I will only give 4 stars because of some waste of time. Thank you.

Avis revu : expérience parfaite

J'avais passé quelques commandes qui se sont bien passées.
Puis, récemment, je commande deux cartes pour Darty/Fnac.
Les cartes ne fonctionnaient pas chez Darty mais seulement à la Fnac.
Une des cartes était vide et l'autre pas au bon montant.
J'ai ouvert des tickets expliquant le problÚme avec des screenshots et même la facture de ce que j'ai acheté avec la deuxiÚme carte.
Résultat : 1 ticket fermé avec un commentaire complÚtement lunaire... me disant qu'il y avait une taxe sur la carte...
1 autre ticket ouvert qui n'avance pas...

Suite à un nouveau contact, tout est arrangé et coinsbee a su faire preuve de réactivité et a résolu le problÚme.

NOT HELPFUL!! TERRIBLE SUPPORT!!

Purchased a prepaid Mastercard in January, not realising that the link sent by Coinsbee would have a short expiry date. The actual Mastercard itself would have had an expiration date of at least 6-12 months. Could not access my prepaid card so contacted support. Within a few minutes, I got my first response stating:

"please note that your gift card expiration date is 28/02/2025 and this information is on your screenshot."

I responded by explaining that the actual prepaid Mastercard would not have yet expired, only Coinsbee's link has expired and all I needed was a fresh link for the SAME prepaid Mastercard. Within a few minutes, I got my second response stating:

"you purchased a gift card, the expiration date of the code was specified, unfortunately we cannot help you in this case."

My support ticket was then closed. Terrible support with no attempt or interest to help me whatsoever.

When purchasing a prepaid Mastercard through CoinsBee, you receive a code that must be redeemed on the brand’s website – this is not the card itself. The validity period of that redemption code is set by the card issuer (the brand), not by CoinsBee. Unfortunately, once this code expires, we no longer have the ability to reactivate or replace it, as we are bound by the issuer’s policies.

In your case, the code had already expired at the time you tried to redeem it. We understand how frustrating this must be, but we do clearly communicate the expiry date, and we encourage customers to redeem their codes promptly after purchase.

• LOT'S OF DIFFERENT CARDS AND REGIONS

Nuff said. And nothing could really be said above that, it's perfect already. Bought there over 10-15 gift cards for ebay, steam & some restaurants. Highly recommended.

The only thing I dislike is a hidden fee: you start an order with 100$, and on the purchase step itself you MIGHT get to pay 102-105$ in crypto. But not always, and it's not too high.

Merci d’avoir partagé votre retour, même s’il date un peu – nous tenons à répondre à tous les cas de maniÚre transparente.

Suite à votre commande, nous avons constaté que la transaction XRP n’a pas pu être traitée correctement car le Tag obligatoire manquait. Dans ce cas, le paiement n’est pas automatiquement attribuable, ce qui nécessite une vérification manuelle avec notre prestataire de paiement.

Notre support vous a proposé une solution de remboursement avec le prestataire, mais celle-ci n’a malheureusement pas été suivie. DÚs lors, nous n’avons pas pu finaliser la commande.

Nous restons bien entendu disponibles si vous souhaitez relancer le processus de remboursement avec notre aide.
