Purchases went through pretty fast but I had to reduce to 4 stars because of the delivery time, I was worried of being scammed but my order finally arrived nonetheless, will definitely shop there again

I bought an Amazon Gift Card with USDC on Polygon because I wanted to buy something on Amazon without having to pay with my bank account. I sent a payment and was initially worried, because the Polygon blockchain is fast with transactions; they take only a few seconds to be validated.

After around 30 minutes, the payment finally registered and I was able to withdraw. Payments are marketed as fast, but personally I would not consider 30 minutes fast. However, I will continue to use this service as long as the fees remain reasonable, as they are right now.

Nach der Bezahlung habe ich nur einen Code bekommen, keinen Link zu einer digitalen Geschenkkarte wie in der Vergangenheit. Danach versuchte ich, den gekauften Code in Google Play einzugeben und es kam ein Fehler heraus, dass Google mehr Informationen benötigte, um diese Geschenkkarte zu aktivieren. Ich kann diese zusätzlichen Informationen (Receipt) nicht angeben, da ich nur den Code erhalten habe und die von coinsbee bereitgestellte Rechnung entspricht nicht den Google-Support Anforderungen für ein Receipt. Ich habe es zum Support von Coinsbee geschrieben, aber sie weigerten sich, mir dort zu helfen und sagten nur, dass der Code gültig sei und ich zum Support von Google schreiben sollte. Was ich dem Support von Coinsbee erklärt habe, ist, dass der von ihnen bereitgestellte Code keine zusätzlichen Daten enthält, die ich dem Google-Support bereitstellen muss.
Support von Coinsbee gibt meinem Google-Konto immer wieder die Schuld oder findet andere Gründe, mein Geld nicht zurückzuzahlen und die Geschenkkarte nicht zu ersetzen.

Hatte kleine probleme aber support hat mir geholfen 5 sterne👍

I'm a PUBG player for two years.

At Night I sent 20$ worth of TRX from Trust Wallet to test this site. It took about 2-3 minutes to receive my redeem code.

After that I sent another 75$ worth of TRX from my Binance wallet, payment was complete but redeem code was pending for about 10 hours. Maybe it's the 0.000001 extra TRX sent by the wallet and not automatically accepted.

I wanted to purchase credits into rocket league. But I unfortunately didn't have access to my card at the moment and needed to purchase via crypto. At first I thought it wouldn't work, but it worked perfectly. Received as soon as possible and code worked first try. No issues for me

I have been a very loyal customer to this online store since 2020, I had never had any problems with the codes I have bought until, on May 25th, I bought two $10 Roblox codes. One of these two codes did not work and I made the claim through the support page that they enable. All these days I have been writing to them but the only answer they give me is: we are still waiting for a response from our suppliers. I think it is a lack of respect that I have to wait 5 days for them to solve this problem when I buy the code from them, not from their suppliers. I have tried to be insistent about it but they keep avoiding the problem even though I write to them. UPDATE: It took longer than I expected but they solved the problem.

Coinsbee is beyond legitimate, they are a great company. Their support staff is excellent. Response times can be as quick as a few minutes but considering the realities that they are not Amazon in resources a couple of hours is all it usually takes.

I have been using them for over a year now and I have used them a lot with dozens of transactions. Their crypto handing is top notch and they've tried to improve the experience for crypto users over the more than a year I've been with them.

I've had some issues here and there and when I contact support my issues have ALWAYS been resolved, not a penny in crypto lost from a forced refund with slippage etc. If you use these guys and follow their guidelines you will not be disappointed.
They are a truly top notch company in the crypto space, arguably one of the best. I hope they keep up the good work because they have become that integral to my online experience.
