Everything. In a horrendously sad situation, everyone and all the confimations were kind and empathetic with information ongoing throughout the journey of my partner. The lovely gentleman whom made the journey to return Bob, bless in the boiling hot weather, arrived in a smart suit and tie. Wouldn't have been a negative if he'd turned up i
in shorts and tee shirt however the effort in wishing to be respectful was a tear jerker for me. A long old day for him but took the time to enquire about me regarding my tears. The national trust tree planting and thank you letter is just such a lovely touch. Brilliant service, this is my thank you letter. Thank you. Linda.

Celebration of Life made the whole process of booking my cremation effortless. Selecting my plan from their excellent brochure and booking it on their website was easy and the communication from the Company has been excellent throughout. The plan was very competitively priced and I even received a gift voucher a few weeks later. I have already recommended Celebration of Life to a number of my friends and family.

Fantastic company! They made the whole process so easy! And even offered a £100 gift card, which will definitely help with my up coming house move.

Everything was professional from phone calls to the personal visit to return my partners ashes,the gentleman that arrived was 100% genuine, he showed empathy the short time he was in my property, exceptionally turned out as you would expect,very smart and presentable, I cannot thank C. The service provided was empathetically efficient. Everyone I had need to speak to were very genuinely caring from beginning to end of the very sad process. The ashes of my much loved brother were personally delivered to me by yet another very caring person. Absolutely faultless service.

Excellent service , very nice people to deal with at a very sad time

From the first phone call that I had to make to them after loosing my beloved partner. They have been so trusting and understanding, and keeping me upto date with all that they were doing. Then receiving my partners ashes, they did it so lovely and very dignified. I would use these people again, if I had to with no regret at all, they have been wonderful.

From the moment my husband reached out to celebration of life the stress and worry about saying goodbye to my gorgeous mam was taken away from us .They were amazing taking care of our every need .The respect they showed towards my mam and us when they
arrived was above and beyond. They rang us every step of the way to keep us up to date of dates and times of cremation .The ashes were returned with respect and dignity.Thankyou to everyone who looked after us ,you made a heartbreaking experience easier to deal with without worrying about funeral arrangements and all the stress that goes with that . lastly the thought of a tree been planted in memory of my mam is wonderful ,Thankyou from all the family .

My wife and I have recently purchased funeral plans to save our children the heartache and expense. Thankfully we've not had any experience of the service on offer other than the purchasing process which was smooth and straightforward.
I have no idea where my remains will be taken come the day but I'm assured it will be somewhere very hot.

I purchased 2 policies for my wife and myself. The whole process was easy. The only observation I would make is it would be as a couple nice to have completed just one form and then issued two certificates.

Thankfully we haven't had to use either yet. We paid £1450 for each, the cheapest at the time of all other policies.
