Easy to register online and received papers very quickly excellent service

I found the information given on website was easy to understand and very helpful. The document's came within a few days and has all the information you need

First rate unattended cremation service. Did everything they promised exactly when they promised it and even planted a tree. Updated us as to when thing were actioned and completed. Ashes were delivered by a lovely undertaker-person rather than couriered!

Good price.

Would I use them again (which is a bit of an odd thought I suppose) - yes.

Emotionally using a "remote" cremation service was fine, though possibly a little odd not knowing that she was just down the road.

Excellent service. The cremation involved had to be organised at very short notice. This company acted quickly and without problem.

Celebration of life were great throughout the process of putting my father to rest. All members of staff my mother and I had contact with, treated us with dignity, respect and the highest level of professionalism, giving us time to focus on grieving. I hope putting another loved one to rest doesn't come soon, but when the time does come I will ask Celebration of Life to assist in the process again.

Thank you for assisting with the funeral arrangements on behalf of my sibling. From the very initial contact I received a very caring response and all requests were sensitively handled. There were no issues at any point and all communication and updates were prompt and respectful. I had confidence throughout that the services requested were understood and that everything was in hand. All staff were very polite and considerate and contributed greatly to ease the strain of dealing with the loss of a loved one.

I chose celebration of life because it had very good reviews the lady on the fone answered all my questions for me and l liked what I heard you also get more for your money than other plans I researched and for a very reasonable price. Was happy with my choice ☺

For me it was the lack of hard selling. I was told that I didn't have to provide a telephone number or email address so I didn't leave either. After that I took my time and nobody was pressing me into anything. I was delighted with their approach. This made my decision easy as well as the reasonable price. I'd previously lost 1,500 pounds to a company that went into administration. So thank you Celebration of Life.

From making the initial 'phone call a few years ago and speaking to lovely Shona, to make arrangements for the inevitable, as we were in our late 70s, upto the passing of my amazing beloved husband of 40yrs in February, I felt I was speaking to a friend. Although i have spoken briefly to various representatives of her team on occasions, who, i assure you do justice to Shona's team leadership, Shona was the lady I asked for. Speaking of the passing of a loved one is very emotional, one feels very ' raw ', Shona left me with a heart felt smile -and me and my family with peace of mind, as always. She always kept me informed, always asked how we were, arranged suitable dates, etc, etc and always had time for a little chat with me and ALWAYS said that they were there for me, anytime, and they were! So genuine and caring. Always left me and my very close family with a warm smile, and peace of mind ! The donation to plant a tree for each loved one they have in their care, is the epitome of Celebration of Life. We truly felt that from My Precious Husband, Pop, Grandpa - passing, we had left him in the loving care of our our most trusted, genuine friends. What an absolutely superb company to deal with.
Mum took her time in choosing a company to deal with her affairs and chose her plan in advance.
The first telephone contact - very friendly team and the brochure arrived promptly.
Booking process - so easy
Always prompt in answering emails and 'phone calls.
All staff very knowledgeable and courteous.
They gently guided us through the whole process with empathy when mum died and with a minimum of fuss whilst keeping us informed at every step.

It was very easy to complete the online application for a prepaid direct to crematorium funeral.
I did phone the help desk to confirm one detail and it was answered in a couple of rings and the lady was very informative and kind.

After speaking with my father we went with celebration of life . I am so glad we did , every part was handled with great care and respect. It made this awful time just so much easier . I am now going to have one myself so my children don’t go through distress when my time comes .. thank you celebration of life

Twice I have requested a brochure and twice not sent. Not a good service
