It has been an unpleasant experience, with the missing deliveries, redeliveries without notification on a weekend then no redeliveries.

I have ordered some party entertainers for a birthday at the office on 30th. The products were dispatched in three boxes and due delivery on 25th. On the 25th, only one box arrived with two (2) very empty package box (they are the DYI cannoli shells but without garnish and fillings). It was a $150 order with only two boxes of cannoli shell delivered.

On the next day, I wrote to support hotline to let them know that there seems to be two more boxes missing and majority of the products are missing. On Saturday (27th), I receive a call from a driver suggesting that he is delivering goods. it was a blasting hot day and there is no one at the office. I ask the driver, why there has been no notification in advance for redelivery, I would have organised someone to open the door. Driver simply hung up.

Natasha from the support team has been comforting and helpful, advising me that there will be redelivery on 30th and kindly offered a free delivery voucher.

Disappointingly, there has been no delivery on the advised date (30th) and majority of the goods are still missing. Now I am concerned about the shelf life of the product and these product didn't end up being party entertainer, rather, a reminder of disappointment.

Incredible fast. Would order again.

The website is pretty clunky to navigate. I was gifted a voucher and unless I had money to spend I would not have preserved through to ordering. The honey roasted macadamias that I ordered were burnt and I had to bin them. 🙁 other products were nice. Delivery was quick and parcel was well packaged.

Good packaging, food arrived early morning and chilled. The alfajores they have available are amazing!

Danielle was extremely helpful and responsive in getting packs out to our staff. All of the packs arrived on time and to the right addresses and our staff were all thrilled with their boxes. Will definitely be ordering again, thank you

It has been 11 days since I ordered. It took three days for the item to be dispatched. It hasn’t arrived (in time for my event this evening) and there has been no tracking information whats so ever. So I have no idea where my product is or when it will arrive.

Best place to buy presents for friends and family! I love being able to surprise my loved ones with something other than flowers. The products are high quality and Co-Lab pantry always pack everything so nicely. Some favourites include the Wonderbao pork buns and the Chotto Motto Chilli Oil... yum!

The package and items were well received but the communication after the shipment had been dispatched was vague. There was no advice after it had been dispatched. No advice of delivery progress or even when it had finally been delivered. I had to chase up that it had actually arrived. I was then informed that it 'was on track for today' but it didn't actually arrive till the following day.

I curated a gift for my sister's birthday, and she was blown away by how amazing it was! The quality and freshness of food was exceptional, and sourced from fantastic local businesses around Melbourne.

Placed an order and a week later I emailed the (no phone number to call) business asking for information on my purchase.

Whilst I did finally get my purchase it was something I had to chase and wasn’t easy to find.

We ordered three ready meals and some other produce. Bar Lourinha's chick peas with spinach wee good. The duck red curry was tender and flavoursome but there were just three half cherry tomatoes in the sauce whereas there is usually lychees and pineapple too. The Botanical lamb shoulder is an expensive ($69) joke - a very small (around 700g) piece of lamb complete with bone, a 250g bag of mash and 129g taken up by an unexplained bag - sauce?? Third bag is not mentioned in the instructions. Serves 4 - ha!! I'd rather have Meatsmith's Cumulus lamb shoulder for $45 - much better value as it does serve 4.

Would be great if you could do better on all packaging being fully recyclable including ice packs and also look at post back of insulating bags?
