Delivery arrived at least partly defrosted so I popped it in the fridge. Trouble two days later when we were able to have it I learned that from a cooking perspective the process should have started from frozen. So while it should have been awesome it was only ok

Awesome service and super fast delivery! Great packaging - no complaints!

I ordered a staples box which included fruit, veg, eggs and milk.
The delivery person delivered 1 of the 2 boxes. And had to come back several hours to fix. No biggy.
Where my concern is that the fruit and veg seemed like the last pickings of the week.
Fruit was over ripe and veggies were pretty sad looking. Probably won't purchase again

I received several different items of food during lockdown. Everything was fresh and delicious. I was very impressed and will definitely use this service again.

Delivered to wrong address but contents were nice

My order went misplaced by the courier company but Co-Lap pantry sorted it all out for me :)

Food ordered was good. But customer service for queries is a little hard to connect with. Delivery driver left food parcel upside on the front door step. A bit of care taken would have been nice.
